THE POOL an Clubhouse has been FULLY RENOVATED. Your waterfront oasis awaits. Dine and relax on your private screened balcony with expansive views of the natural beauty of the Charlotte Harbor. This building has the best views in the community and as a second floor unit, the views are even better. On the gated property, you will have exclusive access to the heated waterfront Olympic size saltwater pool, club house with pool and ping-pong tables, video and book libraries, fitness room, picnic tables, gas grills, and private fishing pier. If boating is your thing, there are first come first serve dockage available. Included in the condo are fishing poles and some fishing gear.
The newly updated condo immediately transforms you to the Florida lifestyle that one would expect on vacation. The kitchen is well equipped with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The living and dining area has a vaulted ceiling, comfortable seating for 4, cable television, DVD player, Internet and of corse those breathtaking views.
The main bedroom has a super soft bed with crisp cotton bedding, cable television, and decorated in relaxing coastal charm. There is ample room in your walk-in closet and updated bathroom. Upstairs, the loft features two twin beds, a reading nook, radio with blue tooth and CD player, and your own private DVD collection.
The screened balcony features two high back chairs with foot stools and bistro set, creating the perfect outdoor space for dining alfresco or reading a good book.
If you want to travel by car, you can visit Boca Grande, a town on Gasparilla Island, where many famous people own or visit. Have an ice cream at the local creamery or enjoy a stroll on the beach (our favorite beach in the area) shelling and searching for shark teeth. Vista Siesta Key, known for its Quartz sand, which is always cool to the touch, regardless of the temperature. Approximately 40 minutes away. Three miles away is Charlotte Stadium, which is the Rays Spring Camp. The admission for these events are minimal. Spend the day shopping at Fisherman’s Village or St. Armands Square. If you love playing golf, visit The Cove (a 5 minute drive) a public 18 hole course offering day and night golfing. Local beaches are Englewood Beach and Port Charlotte Beach. Included in condo are beach towels, umbrella, and beach chairs.
