Our luxury resort condo is a DIRECT BEACH WALKOUT to beautiful Lake Erie. Sip your morning coffee or a glass of wine (purchased from a local winery) while relaxing on our covered patio directly on the lake. Master bedroom has king sized bed along with wood bunk beds with a full-size bed on the bottom, twin on top. Second bedroom includes a queen size pillow top bed. Spa amenities include large walk-in shower with 6 separate shower heads, relaxing rainfall shower head, and tiled bench to sit and enjoy being immersed in your luxurious shower. Second bathroom includes a full shower and an extra deep jetted-air tub. Geneva-On-The-Lake is a summer destination for many. This small town became Ohio's first summer resort! A true slice of Americana where John D. Rockefeller, Harvey Firestone and Henry Ford would come to camp, fish and have fun! Whether you are planning a family vacation, a couple's retreat, or a "girls" get-away, this remains a great place to unwind and have fun! SO MUCH to do: Nearby Wineries. Fantastic local restaurants. Golf. Arcades. Fishing. Geneva State Park (marina w/ fishing charters or dock rental for your own boat, bike rentals, hike/bike paths, zip-line)WE DO NOT ALLOW ANIMALS, even if they are small and well behaved. A family vacation!

The condo was beautiful, clean, perfect in every way. Loved the location! We are four "Golden Gals" who vacation once a year together. This was year 18 and out first time in Geneva. We always went to Myrtle Beach but no more. If we remain healthy we hope to go back next year

We have stayed in 3 different units in this building and by far, this unit was the coziest. The furniture and colors were very homey. The jetted tub was the great! And the kitchen was perfectly stocked without the usual clutter of a variety of dishes, flatware, etc. I hate digging for what I need! We had some questions on how things worked, and the response time was exceptional.We love this location, and will likely be staying here again in the not too distant future.

We were wanting a relaxing get away and couldn't have been more pleased. Sitting on the patio and just looking out at the lake and listening to the waves was just what we wanted. It was a total stress free 2 days.

Beautiful condo and great experience overall. Only concern is that the fact there were only 2 parking spaces was shown only after you booked in the rules and parking/directions portion. We had 7 adults come from all over the state and it made us get creative fast. Likely would not have booked if we would have noticed this pre-booking.

46th anniversary

It was awesome. The property was exactly as described, the host provided plenty of misc sundries to make our stay hassle free. Everyday was the same: A beautiful sunrise, a convenient beach and pool, the calming sound of surf 24 hrs per day and a beautiful sunset. Clean, relaxing accommodations when we chose to be inside.

Great family place

Had a great time. Place was super clean and in a great area. Private beach was a very short walk and provided a much needed escape from the daily grind in the big city. I would highly recommend this place.

The perfect stay

We had a total of 6 people and it was perfect for our girls getaway! We loved having access to the private beach and being close enough to take advantage of the taxi service to the main strip. The living room and dining room area was bigger IRL than it looked in the photos so there was plenty of space for us. We all really enjoyed our stay!

Best Condo Ever

We were so impressed with everything! The cleanliness even with the table on the patio! Handicap Accessible too! We loved the building amenities too. The pool, outdoor spaces, easy parking. We only stayed 2 nights but next time it will be more! Owner was very responsive as well through the entire process!

Beachy Summer Vibes

This was our second stay at this condo. Our family loves coming here to get our beachy vacation but in Ohio! We love playing on the beach, having a fire, finding beach glass (treasure), putt putt and yummy ice cream across the street. We always make the short drive to town to visit an arcade, the candy store and other local stops. This time we visited a nearby winery that we really enjoyed. Everyone was sad to leave! We will be back. Thank you for sharing this well maintained, super clean and well stocked condo!

Great condo with a wonderful view

We were in town to watch our daughter swim at the Spire Institute. This condo is about 15 minutes away from the facility. It was a great place to stay. Being on the ground floor is very nice for access to the water especially if you like to paddleboard and kayak which we would have done daily at a warmer time of the year. The condo was well appointed, plenty of seating in the family room and dining room for a larger group. The coffee bar with coffee was a nice touch. We didn't use the pool, but that looked nice as well. The condo is pretty close to the strip, as well as biking and walking trails. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay in this condo if the NCAA competes again at Spire. Thank you

We had an amazing girls weekend from start to finish with A1 communication with host! Questions answered immediately and the cleanliness of this unit was the best I have ever stayed in. The kitchen was wonderful as was the whole condo .They had everything you needed for a comfortable stay .The place was very clean ,we absolutely loved the patio and looking out onto the lake .There's an elevator so that was a plus .The pool was ok but we prefer an outdoor pool so that was the only downside ,we would stay here again tho .This was our annual Girls trip and for the last 6 years we have gone to Port Clinton but I wanted to change it up and decided on Geneva which I love .Thank you for a great weekend in your beautiful condo

I took this picture of Nick the first time we walked into the condo as the new owners. He walked straight through, opened the sliding door, and stepped onto the patio. I felt like he was thinking, "We're finally here.", taking in the beautiful view. Growing up in NE Ohio, Lake Erie, especially the Ashtabula/GOTL area, was a short drive from home. A trip we've made often from Youngstown. Nick has fished Lake Erie his whole life. Nothing like fresh walleye or perch! We enjoy many of the activities of the area, including the wineries and many wonderful local restaurants. And let's not forget the lake, itself! Owning our own place on the lake has been a dream we've shared for awhile. We're happy to welcome you to our home on the lake.
