Our luxury resort condo is a DIRECT BEACH WALKOUT to beautiful Lake Erie. Sip your morning coffee or a glass of wine (purchased from a local winery) while relaxing on our covered patio directly on the lake. Master bedroom has king sized bed along with wood bunk beds with a full-size bed on the bottom, twin on top. Second bedroom includes a queen size pillow top bed. Spa amenities include large walk-in shower with 6 separate shower heads, relaxing rainfall shower head, and tiled bench to sit and enjoy being immersed in your luxurious shower. Second bathroom includes a full shower and an extra deep jetted-air tub. Geneva-On-The-Lake is a summer destination for many. This small town became Ohio's first summer resort! A true slice of Americana where John D. Rockefeller, Harvey Firestone and Henry Ford would come to camp, fish and have fun! Whether you are planning a family vacation, a couple's retreat, or a "girls" get-away, this remains a great place to unwind and have fun! SO MUCH to do: Nearby Wineries. Fantastic local restaurants. Golf. Arcades. Fishing. Geneva State Park (marina w/ fishing charters or dock rental for your own boat, bike rentals, hike/bike paths, zip-line)WE DO NOT ALLOW ANIMALS, even if they are small and well behaved. Do not rent for parties. We were wanting a relaxing get away and couldn't have been more pleased. Sitting on the patio and just looking out at the lake and listening to the waves was just what we wanted. It was a total stress free 2 days.

46th anniversary

It was awesome. The property was exactly as described, the host provided plenty of misc sundries to make our stay hassle free. Everyday was the same: A beautiful sunrise, a convenient beach and pool, the calming sound of surf 24 hrs per day and a beautiful sunset. Clean, relaxing accommodations when we chose to be inside.

Perfect place to relax on the lake

This condo was perfect for my family! We loved that it was waterfront with a private beach and a pool! It is also very handicap accessible! My husband uses a walker and he was able to walk down to the beach and to the pool! Anything you could possibly want or need, is in this condo including a lot of family friend games! The beds were super comfortable! My daughter loved the jetted bath tub and I loved the jetted shower!! We will definitely be coming back!!

Beautifully furnished throughout. Kitchen furnished with top of the line appliances. Of course needless to say we didn't do any cooking for out little 3 day getaway. Recommend this condo with great lake views with nice patio.

Birthday and Anniversary Trip

Staying at this property was perfect for our Anniversary and my Birthday celebration trip. This property was the perfect home away from home! Comfortable, clean and with an absolutely breathtaking view of Lake Erie as soon as you entered the condo. This beautiful property is perfectly located. We were able to easily visit all the wineries and distillery that participated in the Ice Wine Festival, as well as Historic Ashtabula. The hosts were responsive when we had any questions. We can't wait to visit again soon!

GOTL Gem!!

What a beautiful place!! We were in awe of the view and enjoyed the sunset every night. The condo was well equipped and had everything we needed to feel at home. The indoor pool was an added bonus for a “bad weather day” (even though we didn’t have any!), and the area was great for day tripping to different beaches/cities/activities. We hope to be back soon!!

Great family place

Had a great time. Place was super clean and in a great area. Private beach was a very short walk and provided a much needed escape from the daily grind in the big city. I would highly recommend this place.

I took this picture of Nick the first time we walked into the condo as the new owners. He walked straight through, opened the sliding door, and stepped onto the patio. I felt like he was thinking, "We're finally here.", taking in the beautiful view. Growing up in NE Ohio, Lake Erie, especially the Ashtabula/GOTL area, was a short drive from home. A trip we've made often from Youngstown. Nick has fished Lake Erie his whole life. Nothing like fresh walleye or perch! We enjoy many of the activities of the area, including the wineries and many wonderful local restaurants. And let's not forget the lake, itself! Owning our own place on the lake has been a dream we've shared for awhile. We're happy to welcome you to our home on the lake.
