The Deschutes River Trailhead is only a few steps from the back door (50 yards), and Phil's trail and Rimrock Trailhead (to name a few) are very close by.
We are in walking distance to the Seventh Mountain Resort (which has a bar and restaurant, as well as activities in summer and winter) and 1/2 mile to Widgi Creek Golf Course! All that and still only 10 minutes to downtown Bend!
Appointed with all new luxury furnishings, the space is sure to rank highly on anyone's "best places I've stayed" list.
With a large open great room/kitchen, the space screams for social get togethers with friends and family! The kitchen is outfitted with everything you need to whip up a fantastic meal.
Demeyre cookware, an induction cooktop (better than gas!), and all the kitchen tools you would be used to back at home! One of the owners is a former chef, so this house has it all!
6-7 person hot tub out on the back patio, complete with a built-in fire pit and Adirondacks makes the back patio the ultimate place to relax in the afternoon/evening. There is a covered outdoor dining area with seating for up to 12.
We are walking distance from the Seventh Mountain Resort, with a bar/restaurant and numerous facilities open to the public: Ice skating in the winter, river rafting, and horseback riding in the spring/summer/fall.
All of those can be booked through their website. They also have a disc golf course you can use, as well as a mini kids-dirt track for bikes. Widgi Creek Golf Course is also very close by and has extremely reasonable rates for a great course!
The home has 5 bedrooms in the main part of the home and a Casita that is connected to the house. The Casita can be accessed directly from the outside, or through the downstairs master bedroom closet inside the house. The Casita has hotel-style double doors that can be locked from either side (main house or Casita) to create a fully private retreat. It's a 10 step walk from the outdoor Casita entrance to the front door.
5 bedrooms in the home have ensuite bathrooms. There are 3 king bedrooms, 2 queen bedrooms, and the 6th bedroom has a very comfortable Crate and Barrel pullout queen sleeper. All beds are equipped with Casper memory foam mattresses and quality pillows. Blackout shades in every room, so you can sleep in, or sleep it off!
Please note there are 4 parking spaces in the home, but no street parking, so a maximum of 4 cars can be brought.
Please note we are in a quiet neighborhood and we have the utmost respect for our neighbors. Loud and rowdy groups will not be tolerated. Thank you for your understanding.
Dogs are welcome with a $75 Pet Fee per pet, maximum of 2.
