Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison. La maison est très bien équipée, il y a un grand jardin, et est très proche de la plage. Rien a redire nous souhaiterions y retourner.

La maison est spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée. Le jardin est très agréable. L'emplacement est très calme, et tout proche de la grande plage de Cap Coz, qui est à 150m. L'accueil est très sympathique et efficace. Un très bon séjour, donc!

Unsere Eindrücke sind sehr gemischt:Positiv war der Kontakt mit Marie-Pierre und Pascale. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe verlief reibungslos. Das Haus bietet einen grossen Garten, jeder findet eine Ecke zum Abschalten. Zudem hat es viel Platz im Haus, wenn das Wetter mal schlecht ist. Der Strand lieg sehr nah, und wir haben es genossen, an verschiedenen Zeit lange Strandspaziergänge machen zu können. Zudem liegt das Haus in einem ruhigen Quartier. Zum Einkaufen benötigt man aber ein Auto (oder gute Beine beim Velofahren). Leider gab es aber auch Dinge, die uns weniger gefielen. Das Haus und die Einrichtung ist schon etwas älter und das sieht man. Die Küche ist zwar gross, jedoch waren die Küchengeräte nicht sehr sauber. Dass man mit Gas kocht, hat uns nicht gestört. Wir waren aber erstaunt, dass man keinen Gasanschluss hat, sondern eine separate Gasflasche. Insgesamt haben wir eine gute und sorgenfreie Woche im Ferienhaus von Marie-Pierre verbringen dürfen. Die Ferienregion werden wir sicherlich wieder einmal besuchen. Danke an dieser Stelle an Marie-Pierre und Pascale für die Unterstützung!

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub, wie auch in den anderen Rezensionen ist der fantastische Strand 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Ebenso ein kleines Restaurant am Strand, wo wir sehr gut gegessen haben. Die ganze Gegend ist sauber. Hunde sind direkt amStrand verboten aber bei Ebbe früh morgens kein Problem oder man geht auf die Rückseite des kleinen Hafens. Das Haus ist sehr gut aufgeilt und biete alles was man braucht. Das Gründstück ist sehr groß, gepflegt und eingezäunt, falls man seinen Hund dabei hat. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.🥰

Nous avons passé une quinzaine excellente dans cette maison, qui répond en tous points au descriptif. La maison est confortable, très bien équipée et suffisamment vaste pour 7 à 8 personnes. Le jardin est très agréable, avec terrasse et mobilier extérieur. La grande plage de Cap Coz est effectivement à 150m, de même que l'Ecole de voile pour les juniors. Très bon accueil à l'arrivée, comme au départ. A signaler la très grande réactivité du propriétaire après une panne de lave-vaisselle : l'appareil a été immédiatement remplacé par un neuf, installé en moins de 24h!

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen!Das Haus ist groß genug für 8 erwachsene Personen. Es gibt einen Garten vor und einen hinterm Haus. Die Zimmer sind gut, die Küche hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Lage ist großartig. Man kann Barfuß zum Strand gehen!Wir überlegen wiederzukommen!

Séjour parfait

Nous avons tout apprécié ! L'accueil, l'emplacement proche de la plage, la grande maison avec toutes ses commodités, le jardin et son mobilier permettant de prendre les repas en extérieur ou se détendre au milieu des palmiers et des orthensias !Grands parents et petits enfants de 11 à 16 ans, tout le monde est enchanté et prêt à revenir pour un prochain séjour !

Séjour 1 semaine fin août 2024

Séjour agréable dans cette maison située dans un quartier très calme mais un peu trop vieillissante quand même ... chambre en rdc froide, humide et mobilier peu confortable côté salon ... Beau jardin mais trop de pommes (non comestibles malheureusement ..), fraîchement tombées des 2 pommiers qui avaient déjà pourries au sol : au prix de la location ... un ménage sous les pommiers aurait dû être fait avant l'arrivée des locataires ! Maison très bien située, à 2mns à pied de la longue plage de Cap Coz mais malheureusement, celle-ci est sale, pas nettoyée .. algues sur la plage et dans l'eau qui la rende peu attrayante (eau jaunâtre) et comble de la malchance ? des centaines de congres se sont échoués ... non ramassés par la commune .. odeur .. !!!! La baignade côté Douarnenez a d'ailleurs été interdite .. mais rien côté Cap Coz ... Nous avons donc opté pour les très jolies criques sur le GR34 vers Beig Mel (1/2h à pied). Au prix de la location quelques points à revoir : - 1 jeu de clef seulement, portail et porte d'entrée ?? : jeux supplémentaires à prévoir pour que chacun soit libre dans son planning ! - cafetière Nespresso qui fuit ... - petite bouilloire pour 2 personnes ... - enfin, des vélos à disposition serait un vrai plus ;)

J'ai pris connaissance de vos remarques lors de votre séjour fin aout dans notre maison. Je tiens à vous faire remarquer que je ne suis pas responsable des aléas des grandes marées sur la belle plage du Cap Coz. La centaine de congres échoués a été régulièrement ramassée par la municipalité. J'ai pris note du "ménage à faire sous les deux pommiers" . La cafetière Nespresso a été vérifiée et ne fuit pas. J'espère que vos quatre chiens, ont apprécié le séjour!

Très belle maison, très bien située à 2 minutes de la plage à pied, à côté de l’école nautique. La maison est de plus très bien équipée, ce qui est très agréable ! Et la personne qui nous a accueilli est vraiment très sympathique !

Excellente maison+jardin et emplacement au top

la maison est très bien située et est d'accès facile. elle est grande et bien équipée le jardin est top avec plusieurs possibilités de table et d'espaces ombragés ou au soleil
