What an amazing place

The place is really well done up, to high standards. We were a bit apprehensive that there is also 3 bed place above, but we were the only ones, and the space in the garden is more than you could wish for. Even if there were people, you have your own private space to relax or have bbq in the evening etc. The space was super clean, and equipped with everything. It is located 20-25 min walk from Calvi centre, on a well light up road with pavements. It is 15 walk to Calvi beach, there are supermarkets within walking distance as well, although we did have a car. We liked the place so much we are already thinking when can we go again, thank you Gloria and Daniel so much.

Calvi est un endroit magique et magnifique. Nous avons été recu par Daniel et Gloria des supers proprios agreable a l'écoute et disponible a tout moment la location etait trop sympa tres propre et a notre gout. Avec un tres bel extérieur. Tres bien placé a 15mm a pied de la plage un vrai bonheur.Toutes commodités autour de nous.

Zwei zauberhafte Wochen in Calvi

Die zweite Hälfte August haben wir in einer Ferienwohnung, die sich im Erdgeschoss einer Villa in einem ruhigen Viertel in Calvi befindet, verbracht. Zur Verfügung hatten wir eine schöne Terrasse mit zahlreichen Sitz-, Liege- und Grillmöglichkeiten und den ganzen sehr geräumigen wunderschönen mediterranen Garten, so dass man, wenn man wollte, den ganzen Tag im Freien um die Villa herum verbringen konnte. Der nächste Strand ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß oder 2 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Der Ort Calvi selbst und seine Umgebung bieten zahlreiche Erkundungsmöglickeiten. Die Ferienwohnung ist modern, funktional und geschmackvoll eingerrichtet. Alles sehr charmant. Die Austattung ist perfekt, alle möglichen Geräte und Gerätschaften bis hin zu den Strandbadetüchern, Sonnenschirmen für den Strand und dem tragbaren Kühlschrank. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit in 2 Minuten Autoentfernung. Das ganze wurde von unseren Gastgebern Daniel und Gloria taktvoll betreut. Wir wurden von ihnen umsorgt, jede Kleinigkeit wurde schnell geklärt und dazu bekamen wir auch Infos und Tipps zu möglichen Ausflugszielen oder Erklärungen aus der Geschichte und dem Alltagsleben der Bevölkerung. Daniel spricht perfekt italienisch und das war unsere Verständigungssprache. Diese Unterkunft ist für zwei Personen wärmstens zu empfehlen. Man konnte für zwei Wochen den Alltagstrott total vergessen.

Très bon contact avec Nicolas et sa compagne qui ont eu la mauvaise surprise, à la fin de leur séjour, de trouver la pergola cassée suite aux intempéries. Merci pour leur compréhension. Depuis la tempête a encore fait des siennes sans trop de dégâts dans la propriété. Une nouvelle pergola est en cours d'installation. Merci d'avoir rendu l'appartement propre et rangé. Locataires très agréables et de bon conseil. Merci de nous avoir orientés dans le choix du BBQ, c’est vrai que la cuisson au charbon est bien meilleure ! Grace à eux nous avons anticipé l’achat de la table de ping-pong qui a aussi profité aux locataires suivants.
