Guys golf weekend

We planned this stay about 8 months with the intent of golfing all weekend. The location, size, amenities were perfect for 4 men wanting space. Being in palmetto dunes was a plus too.

Perfect for immediate family reunion

Love the 2nd floor bunkroom for the kids and having 3 bathrooms is a real treat! Great kitchen appliances and unlimited hot water. The location on the fairway of the golf course is beautiful and quiet. And, just a brief walk to the tennis courts and pool. The best place we have stayed on HHI since we've been vacationing here!

Nicely kept, clean, beautiful furniture and lots of space!

Great place! I would stay there again. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the air conditioning broke upstairs but it was fixed promptly. Also, one of the toilets wasn’t working properly. Overall, the place was excellent!

Great first time stay in Hilton head!

This house was great for my family and I to stay. We were 10 people total, including 4 little ones under 5. Everyone I talked to at the rental company was super helpful regarding the property in particular and Hilton head in general. They were quick to respond to my phone calls and emails and always very informative! It made vacation easy! We definitely want to come back!

Perfect family townhome

The setup of this townhome was lovely. The upstairs has a door to close it off from the downstairs, which was perfect for our grandaughters who went to bed a little earlier than everyone else. The shade the trees offer on the deck was lovely. I would return in the future.

Awkward layout and no A/C upstairs

The house was nicer than expected but no A/C upstairs was a major issue. Also, you had to go through one bedroom to get to another which made for an awkward week. Would not stay there again.

Comfortable But Has Issues

The location of this property is very central to the island. The condo is very spacious and comfortable. Check in and check out process is great and simple. However, it is NOT updated. It has very dated carpet, drapes, furnishings, etc. The master bedroom pillows are awful. They need to be replaced. I read comments about the upstairs being hot and air conditioning not working. The issue is that there are skylights upstairs. When it is sunny, it heats up the upstairs. There have been interior "coverings" put over the skylights. Some are falling off and need to be addressed. We didn't really use the upstairs. But, we did go upstairs. This could be an outstanding condo but it has a few issues that need to be addressed.

HH R&R should be glad I am not a crazy, loud and difficult customer.

1. Our upstairs air conditioner broke. Partially fixed by Thursday. Motor was replaced. New blade had to be approved by owner. But, bent blade vibrated like a helicopter Thursday and Friday. Tough to sleep with a helicopter in attic. But it cooled things down (from 89 degrees upstairs Sunday through Thursday). 2. Bicycle complaints were never forwarded to rental company. Safety and injury issues were brought to rental agents 5 times. Finally after 2nd injury, I called bicycle company direct for replacement bikes. They said I should have called earlier in the week. They knew nothing about complaints. Finally had new, safe bikes brought out Friday morning. 1 day of nice, new and safe bikes.

Holiday Get-a-Away

We had never taken a beach vacation during the winter months...what a wonderful surprise! Hilton Head was beautiful, great biking trails, wonderful restaurants, and long walks on the beach were enjoyed by all. Would definitely highly recommend this destination and property!

Great multi family condo

Our 3 families with 6 adults & 3 granddaughters enjoyed our stay. The condo was very accommodating; although the 2 beds could be updated to be more comfortable. The upstairs bedroom with 4 beds was perfect for our 3 granddaughters to have their separate space. It was wonderful to have the Dune buggy shuttle take us to the beach & numerous restaurants.

Beautiful but Mismanaged Rental

The property is creatively presented and well appointed. My main problems were 1) the air conditioning in the bedroom upstairs is nonexistent it was miserably hot up there, 2) there were bugs in the bed upstairs (the 4 bed bedroom) and my niece was bitten in her sleep and 3) the management company's rep was dismissive and offensive in her response to my concerns. As I stated, beautiful home its just mismanaged and needs maintenance. There is a known problem with the air conditioning upstairs as witnessed by the 3 fans that are provided in that room. We stayed the week before the 4th of July and it was miserable For the amount charged, there should be proper air conditioning and no one should be bitten by a bed bug while sleeping. And certainly the management rep should avoid being dismissive and offensive. We were told by Darcy to go and buy anti itch cream, are you serious???
