Coastal Oasis in Palmetto Dunes Resort - Private Pool Easy Walk or Bike to Beach

We invite you to settle in at our newly available four-bedroom beach home that sleeps ten. Live oaks gently sway above the pool and deck and welcome you to kick off your shoes to relax in the large comfortable spaces. Views go on forever on the scenic 16th Hole of the Robert Trent Jones Course. You can hear the gentle surf from the beach especially in the evenings. This offering is on a quiet street with use of 2 car garage. The resort has private beach access beyond the North Gate with plenty of bike paths and a newly improved parking lot at the Dunes House. A five-minute bike ride to beach. A fully equipped kitchen is complimented by a king-sized grill on the newly renovated deck. There is a washer and dryer on the first level in the Master Bathroom.
Sleeps 12:
1 King on the main with a private ensuite,
1 King upstairs with a private bath, 2 Queens in a bedroom sharing a full bath with a queen bed.
Pull out Queen bed in loft area.

Your whole family can relax and re-connect in the beautiful, light and fun beach house. Professional linen service provided, please bring your beach towels. Please note the hot tub is not accessible and the pool is not heated. We look forward to welcoming you and yours.

Family Island Vacation

We love Palmetto Dunes and this year the kids wanted a house with a pool within walking distance of the beach. This house was it!! Very clean and spacious with beautiful foliage and Spanish moss!

Perfect Paradise

Besides the wonderful location and beautiful house, I felt like I was staying in a friend’s home, not a rental. Spacious, warm, great decor, everything we needed and more. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely come back!!

The house is very spacious and it is an easy walk to the beach. The pool was great for afternoon swimming with the kids and a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen well stocked with ideas you might need. Needs a few light bulbs replaced but that’s an easy fix. Very comfortable stay for our family vacation, thank you.

Very good communication prior and during the trip. A nice touch of a gift when we arrived. The house was a short walk to the beach and in a very nice well maintained neighborhood. The pool cleaner did come on Thursday but the trees around quickly had leaves end up back in the pool. They were really not an issue, since there were just a few. The house gave of lots of room to spread out and with my son and his wife having two children under 3, the down stairs main bedroom-suite, was perfect. The only real things we noticed was the house showed its age in afew spots, a mildew stain in the bathroom, some noticeable cracks in a few spots, but again nothing major or that would have any impact on our stay. Also the kitchen was well stocked, with lots of plates and glasses.....so much so that there was actually no where for us to put groceries we had bought for the 5 days we were there. We had to leave them out on the counter. But again just little things. Our entire family enjoyed the stay and the experience.

Amazing house

The house is just as described and portrayed in photos. Very artfully decorated with so much room to gather. Seven of us were very comfortable with plenty of space to be separate if desired. The kitchen had every device you could possibly need and the gas grill on the back deck was perfect. Beds were comfy. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was due to the pool situation. Let me first say, the pool is beautiful and we enjoyed playing in it. It gets cleaned on Thursdays. We checked in on a Sunday. The pool was full of leaves and by Tuesday, very dirty. The host tried to get his pool person out, but to no avail until Thursday. This happens every time we rent a home with a pool. Doesn’t seem that once per week is adequate - especially when home is beautifully surrounded by trees and fully booked. The host is very easy to communicate with and has a rapid response time.
