Wonderful family retreat

Very clean and very well appointed! Everyone enjoyed the pool table. Main floor was laid out in a very usable fashion, several could work in the kitchen, but still be a part of what was going on in the other areas. The step up and down between areas was well marked!Additional insulation between pool room and bedroom below would be a nice addition!All and all a great stay for guests 1to 80 years of age.

Perfect Stay in Lake Tahoe

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home in Lake Tahoe. Sandy was there to greet us when we arrived and show us around. She was so kind and helpful. The house was amazing with great views of the lake from the deck. We had plenty of room for 11 adults. The temperatures were very cool and nice at night and in the morning. The house was very clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. It was perfect. Thank you Sandy for everything!!!

Big and Beautiful

Perfect house for 12 of us celebrating 2 birthdays. Easy to get to and easy to get around. Plenty of room for all - even a chef we brought in one night. Highly recommend for a large group.

Perfect House, Excellent Location 10/10

This house is perfect in every sense! Great location, big clean home, we had 14 people. Comfortable beds, beautiful kitchen etc. we even brought in a private chef one evening. Sandy was great to work with, friendly, accessible. House was perfectly stocked, labels were placed on cabinets indicating what was inside, labels on light switches,Fireplaces, labels everywhere to make things smoother to find and operate, no guesses! The view was spectacular to look at everyday! Thank you Sandy and Doug for making this an amazing stay in Tahoe. Would definitely stay there again!

The house is amazing! It is immaculate, well stocked with all we needed. The kitchen is organized and labeled so you can find everything. We loved the hot tub and the views from the back deck!

Love, love, love!

We enjoyed our stay! The house is excellently stocked from the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and everywhere in between! Sandy was great to work with and was very helpful with all questions and inquiries! We loved the location of the home as well! It was close to stores, restaurants, trails, beaches and activities!

Ideal for family reunion

Wonderful floor plan for family gatherings. Beautifully furnished with an awesome view. Loved the kitchen and labels identified where everything was. The pool table off the kitchen was a hit! Super clean and 8 1/2 baths were most appreciated.

Beyond Expectations

We held our annual ski trip at Lake Tahoe this year and were lucky enough to stumble onto this property! This home comfortably accommodated our party of 16 with no issues. The home was very clean, and also stocked with basic necessities. I owner/manager was also very helpful, and easy to contact. Highly recommend this home 10/10!

Thanksgiving Family Getaway

My siblings and our families rented this amazing place for Thanksgiving week. Everything was perfect. The kitchen has everything t, the bedrooms too. We cooked a lot. We had 12 people. There was so much room. We never felt on top of each other. We had an issue with one of the fireplaces, we called Sandy and she was there with in minutes and had it fixed by the next day. It was perfect. We would love to stay there again.

60th Birthday Family get together.

Wonderful property! Clean and well stocked. Plenty of room for our family, total of 24 ranging from 3-86. Beautiful view of the lake from the main floor. Large bedrooms with very comfortable beds and linens. Close to shopping, casinos and beaches. Sandy was very helpful and was available when needed.

Memorable weekend

This is a very spacious, well outfitted and well located house with a nice view of the lake. With its big kitchen and dining room table big meals were easy to prepare, serve and clean up. All the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Each had its own tv. The landlord was welcoming, helpful and attentive. Having kids 18 - 8 we especially appreciated the pool table. Much much better than video games. Highly recommend.

Great home with lots of privacy!

We stayed at this home during our team offsite. The amount of bedrooms to bathrooms ratio was perfect, given that 10 people each had their own space and bathroom. The main areas were a great gathering place for us to have meetings. The neighborhood was quiet and the home was well stocked. The host was a great communicator and I would definitely recommend this home to any group or family that enjoys having privacy with all the amenities!

Nice clean property.

The check-in process was super easy and Sandy was very helpful with lots of information and advice. Sandy Kraus, is also very responsive to any questions or concerns you may have. The house is very well appointed with nice products for both kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds, spacious living areas, and decks on all three levels with great views.

Best Vacation Rental Ever

Sandy's home was amazing. I have stayed at several rentals over the years that were really nice but Sandy has raised the bar. This is how all vacation rentals need to be. Every area of the house was spotless and in great condition. Everything is stocked and ready to use when you arrive. My group and I loved this place. Whenever I come back to visit Lake Tahoe, this will be the first place I try to stay. Sandy is an amazing host as well. She went above and beyond to accommodate my group and I can't thank her enough for that. She is very responsive. Her guidebook of restaurants and activities in Lake Tahoe was extremely helpful.

Amazing home for a large group!

This is an amazing property for a large group, especially those with children! A group of 12 adults and 4 children/babies enjoyed this home for a reunion trip. Unfortunately the timing of our stay coincided with a large nearby wildfire so air quality in the area prevented us from being able to enjoy beautiful Tahoe, which made us extra appreciative of the amazing home as we spent much more time indoors than originally planned! This house is incredibly spacious (several bedrooms and bathrooms were unused and we could easily fit more several more couples) and was one of the best stocked properties I've ever been to. Everything is labeled perfectly so you know where to find everything, which is extra helpful with a large group. There's every kitchen tool and product you could want, and everything was high quality and in excellent shape - we had no trouble making several decadent meals. The BBQ is also enormous, which is especially helpful when cooking for a large crew! The house was very safe for children, and the host supplies several useful items for small children like a pack n play, stroller, baby gates, etc. The only challenge is the lack of parking (permits for 4 cars) which is tough when a house can sleep so many people. This is outside of the host's control, but something to be aware of. There is parking at stateline, but be careful to find a garage at a casino that doesn't charge for parking (we weren't careful enough and paid the price). There is also no sound system, so it's recommended to bring a portable speaker if you want to listen to music. Overall a fantastic property and places like this set the bar for a high quality rental home!
