Close to the sea and the mountains, our mini-villa is located in the heart of a 3-star residence 200m from the centre of the village of Serra di Ferro and close to the port of Porto Pollo (5min) and Propriano (20min), with a small view of the bay of Cupabia (beach within walking distance of the residence 25 min from the residence)<br><br>Charming mini villa of 38m2 renovated, for a magnificent holiday, quiet.<br><br>Small view of the sea and the bay of CUPABIA from the terrace with new equipment and careful decoration.<br><br>Villa T2 4 people with wall-mounted air conditioning:<br><br>- 1 large bedroom with double bed (BB bed available if needed)<br><br>- 1 beautiful living room with small sea view with 1 sofa convertible into a double bed which serves as a 2nd bedroom, 1 flat screen TV, table and 4 chairs.<br><br>- 1 recent fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, hob, toaster, coffee maker ....<br><br>- 1 bathroom with shower<br><br>- 1 separate toilet <br><br>- A terrace of 17 M2, half of which is shaded with a small sea view.<br><br>The residence is secure and semi-pedestrian (car access allowed for departures and arrivals) in a wooded park and authentic and typically Corsican vegetation, ideal location for visiting South Corsica.

Très bon séjour, notre hôte toujours disponible, il nous a indiqué plusieurs lieu à voir, suggéré des restos... Très bon emplacement, plage accessible à pied Pour le reste des visites une voiture est nécessaire Nous le recommandons vivement

Agréable séjour

La maison est chaleureuse, la cuisine et salle de bain fonctionnelles. Le cadre est accueillant et au calme. A une douzaine de minutes des premiers petits commerces, /boulangerie mais depot de pain sur commande la veille dans la résidence. Proprietaire et personne accueillante sur place disponibles et à l'écoute.

Belle maisonette foctionnelle.

Maison impecable sans vis à vis, très bien équipée. La dēcoration est de goût. L'acceuil est très bien avec des hôtes attentionnés. Mention pour l'agrandissement de la terrasse...On a pu profiter des chaises longues ainsi que de la plancha. Bravo !!!

Maison idéale pour vacances dans un très joli cadre

Maison agencée avec gout ayant une belle vue sur mer et montagne, terrasse bien exposée, proximité à pied d'une très belle plage, dans une résidence calme avec jolie piscine Bien située géographiquement pour visiter Propriano, Ajaccio, Bonifacio, pour randonner à des kms autour de la résidence, village de Serra Di Ferro avec restaurants très sympas Résidence à conseiller vivement Philippe & Valérie (Normandie)
