Bilan mitigé

Propreté du logement tres limite. Les proteges matelas etaient dans un état saleté. Heureusement la concierge a été réactive et nous a trouvé une solution. Idem pour l´invasion de fourmis. Equipement du logement bas de gamme. Le frigo s´est arreté et nous avons du tout jeter. Les lattes du canapé se defont en permanence. Et une odeur d´humidité qui ne part pas. Sinon le logement est tres bien situé. Piscine collective sympa.

Bonjour, Concernant les protéges matelas, j ai eu Sabrina au telephone et nous avons trouvé une solution rapidement. Alors encore une fois, le bas de gamme si vous parlez du frigo, il est neuf et il a ete changé cette année car le precedent etait vieillissant. Pour information, il vaut plus de 400€, par contre désolé de ne pas avoir mis la notice pour son utilisation, car il se met en sécurité si le freezer est plein. Pour les lattes nous allons faire le necessaire. Sinon pour le reste, j ai appelé les locataires de cette semaine aucun problme d odeurs. Apres pour cette saison les avis sont en relation avec le temps sur l ile d oleron, car la saison dernière les avis etaient tres positif et il faisait tres beau. Cdlt Laurence et christophe

Bonjour, Je trouve votre appreciation très dur. Car vous avez signalé en fin de séjour un problème avec la cafetière qu'on aurait changé directement. Sabrina est là pour ça. Il vous manquait quoi comme equipement ? Car la saison dernière, nous avions des 5 sur 5 avec moins d équipements. On nous a demandé un ventilateur et seche cheveux que nous mis à disposition cette année. Enfin, vous avez cassé une carafe que vous n avez pas remplacé et je n en ai pas tenu compte sur mon appreciation vous concernant Nous faisons notre possible pour fournir la meilleure des prestations. Dommage qu il n y ai pas eu une meilleure communication. Cdlt Laurence

Ein schönes Haus für junge Leute

Das Haus liegt in einer ehemaligen Ferienanlage in einem ruhigen Bereich. Es ist zwar spartanisch eingerichtet, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Im Gegensatz zu den meisten anderen Häusern verfügt dieses über eine kleine Terrasse, die zu den Seiten mit Oleander und anderen Büschen einen Sichtschutz zu den Nachbarn hat. Der Parkplatz ist ca. 100 Meter entfernt. In der Anlage sind ein Poolbereich mit 3 Becken, ein Jaccuzzi, eine Sauna und ein kleiner Fitnessraum. Die Angabe "5 Minuten zur Bisqaja" stimmt nicht. Es sind bei schnellem Laufen 30 Minuten. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus für junge Leute. Für uns als Senioren im Rentenalter sind die Betten viel zu niedrig, und auch die Toilette könnte wesentlich höher sein. Wir hatten uns für dieses Objekt entschieden, weil wir unseren Hund mitgenommen haben. Das war in dieser Anlage kein Problem. Es war nur schade, dass andere Hundebesitzer der Ansicht waren, dass ihre Hunde frei auf dem Gelände rumlaufen sollten. Und nicht nur kleine, sondern auch richtig große Hunde. Laufend stand ein fremder Hund auf der Terrasse, so daß wir unseren Hund im Haus halten mußten. Leider gibt es ja keine Rezeption mehr in der Anlage, an die man sich hätte wenden können, um Abhilfe zu schaffen. Trotz allem empfehlen wir dieses Haus für junge Leute, die die Insel erkunden wollen.

Appartement sympathique

A notre arrivée, le ménage n'était fait correctement, du a de la famille du propriétaire. L'appartement est sympa mais petit nous étions 2 donc très bien mais pour 6 ça doit être assez compliqué des petites bricoles à réalisé pour que l'appartement soit top et un gros coup de nettoyage à faire. Bonne expérience malgré tout.
