Welcome to our charming villa "Hibiscus", new of 85 m2 (completed at the beginning of 2023), rated 3 stars, which is about to welcome you, with family or friends.
Charming new contemporary single-storey villa, bright, with quality services and perfectly equipped.
You will also appreciate this house for its pleasant terrace and swimming pool.
Without any opposite, it allows you to fully enjoy the outdoors.
2000 m from the port and the beaches, meet with family or friends in this haven of peace, an ideal starting point to discover all the riches of the island. This peaceful accommodation will offer a relaxing stay for the whole family.

Independent and bright, the villa has all the modern comforts with its beautiful sunny living space: living / dining room + equipped kitchen of about 40 m2, its 2 spacious bedrooms (160 and 80x200 beds) and its 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, 1 toilet.

Bed linen, towels (except beach towels) and tea towels are provided.

It will delight young and old alike with its secure and heated swimming pool, and its deck terrace, allowing meals in a friendly atmosphere.
The swimming pool is heated from May to the end of September depending on weather conditions* and secured by an automatic cover (P90-308 standard).

Calm and well-being guaranteed.

Your pet will also be welcome (prior request) / Flat rate 10 € per day.

In this pretty house, you will find all the necessary comforts, reversible underfloor heating, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, wifi internet, board games, books, charcoal barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol... To spend an unforgettable holiday.

A welcome booklet is available on arrival.

A private car park allows you to park 2 vehicles and your bicycles incidentally.

For health reasons, we don't make the beds.
The necessary (complete sleeping kit) will simply be placed in a cover with the towels.

All you have to do is put down your suitcases and enjoy!

Arrivals are from 4 p.m. and departures before 10 a.m.

Ideal starting point to discover all the richness and beauty of the island: the Museum of St Pierre, the Chassiron Lighthouse, St Trojan les bains and its unmissable "P'tit train" (unusual walk), the designer huts, the oyster farming site of Fort Royer, the Citadel, the new port of La Cotinière and so many other beautiful discoveries. In short, there will be something for everyone, not to mention water activities such as surfing, paddleboarding, sand yachting or fishing.

The beach and shops are about 2 kms from the villa.

*EASTER AND ALL SAINTS' DAY HOLIDAY POOL: If weather conditions allow (no temperatures below 15°C), we can exceptionally, on request and if we deem it possible, put the pool's heat pump back into service, for a flat rate of €75/week, which must be paid on arrival.

A certificate of travel insurance guaranteeing you as an occupant during a stay of less than 3 months
