The private master bedroom features a queen bed, closet, dresser, make-up area and bathroom access with new linens.
Built in bunk beds with storage underneath fit two children.
New sleeper sofa is located in the studio living area.
Smart TVs are located in both the living room and master.
Included for your use: three beach chairs, beach umbrella, two beach mats, boogie board, pickle ball equipment, tennis rackets, and sand toys.
The resort features the largest beach front pool on the island and includes a poolside bar with grill and a separate ice cream stand!
There are two restaurants onsite. CocoNutz Sports Bar and Gator's Pizza and Wings are located at the front of the resort (walking distance). CocoNutz features pool tables, frequent karaoke nights (kids allowed until 10pm) and other activities.

Must be 25 years or older to rent and the guest responsible for booking must be present the entire duration of the stay.
No Smokers. If you are a smoker or plan to have a smoker present during your stay, please do not rent our condo. This includes all cigarettes, cigars, electronic nicotine delivery or any other substance that is burned resulting in smoke.
No smoking of any type including vaping or other electronic nicotine delivery systems inside the condo, the exterior hallway or on the balcony. Any guest smoking in these areas will be fined $500, be responsible for all remediation costs, cleaning costs, furniture & fixture replacement and the full value for any lost rental income by owner.

As a courtesy, guests will be provided a starter roll of toilet paper, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. There are typically kitchen & bathroom trash bags available for use. We do not guarantee the amount or availability of any of these items. Guests are responsible for purchasing more if they run out during your stay.
We provide high quality linens and towels. Any towel/linen misuse fees assessed by the cleaning service will be charged at +10% directly to the guest. Black makeup towels are provided to prevent towel misuse. Blanket and Comforter misuse will be charged $50 plus replacement cost if required.
Check out or requested cleaning on the following days will be charged at double the cleaning rate: New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.
One car pass included with rental. Additional passes are $25 payable directly to owner via PayPal or Venmo.
