Large great room with plenty of comfortable furnishings, Fully equipped kitchen, Large beach front patio perfect for indoor outdoor living, dining, panoramic views of the sunrise, East Cape coastline.
Ocean view Master bedroom with a King bed. 2nd bedroom with a queen and a twin day bed. One large full bath. Perfect for 2 couples or a family.
The home is on the lower level of a beachfront duplex with immediate beach access. There is a chance to have a neighbor above you but for the most part it’s your escape from everything.
Guest access
Gated property has plenty of parking, TV, Internet, Pickle Ball , & Sand Volleyball courts. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach towels and linens are all provided for you. Beach offers great opportunities for fishing, snorkeling, surfing, skimming and whale watching.
Other things to note
Add friends and more family by including our stand-alone ocean view casita with front porch for sunset cocktails located directly behind the house. The Casita consist of one-bedroom, full bath and kitchen sleeps 2-3 with a palapa covered patio.

Add our sister property Casa De la Luna is located on the top floor of the property. Beautifully designed with ocean front deck, 2 bedrooms, 1 Bath with additional day beds.
These can both be included in your stay as an additional rental.

Casa de la Costa is ideally located 20 min east from downtown San Jose del Cabo and 20+ minutes from world renown surfing beaches. Zac's restaurant is located within the community, with Flora Farms, Acre, & Zai sushi restaurants just a short drive away.
Our house is in the hidden gem of Los Zacatitos. Just far enough off the beaten path to give your vacation a true and private Cabo experience. Surfable pointbreak directly in front of the house great for surfing or playing in the waves. "Zacs" local bar & grill perfect date night located inside the neighborhood.
Getting around
Due to the location of our home, we recommend renting a car. Your drive will include some dirt roads. A standard car will be fine but a SUV is preferred. Taxi’s will take you to our home but once there, it would be difficult to go anywhere.
