We’ve vacationed in North Captiva before but this was our favorite! It was clean, updated and spacious! We loved the top floor views, shaded outdoor area for games, pool for lounging and kitchen had room for numerous people! The owner and property manager were attentive and easy to work with, which was icing on the cake! Overall it was the BEST vacation and we can’t wait to return!
We had a lovely time, enjoyed this home and the layout allowed for plenty of great family time.

Christine,
It was our pleasure to host your family. We’re so glad to hear that you all enjoyed your first time to North Captiva Island!
We look forward to seeing you all again soon.
I will say being to the Island for the first time, Lana made it incredibly easy and was always on call for any need we had. Andrey picked us up and was easy going and let our vacation begin after offering a very informative tour. If I had a question, Lana was back to me within minutes, as promised. What a very cool spot. Thanks to Parrothead Paradise.

Thank you Peter for your great review! We're so glad to hear that it was stress-free and you were able to enjoy your first time on the island! We look forward to having you back!
Property was perfect for our family. We had three families on the island and we could all gather in our home in the evenings for group meals and games. Lots of space on ground level and on main level. Loved the screened in porch and double french doors into house. We used the ground level bar several times for appetizers while food was being grilled. Beach chairs, umbrellas, floaties, paddle boards, kayak and beach towels were all a huge plus!

Rex, we are so glad to hear that you and your extended families thoroughly enjoyed everything Parrothead's had to offer! And it sounds like you all took advantage of all the amenities. We would be happy to have you all back next year!
This house was perfect for our vacation with extended family! The house is beautiful and we loved that everyone had their own bathroom! The living room and dining table were big enough for all of us.
The house Is so close to the beach and it's a beautiful shady walk. We found so many amaz
Through a series of unfortunate events, I ended up alone at the beach for a week. It was delightful. The house is exactly as described, very clean and well stocked. Great location to a very quiet beach. Just what this tired mom needed!
This property is fabulous, We had a great time, great location close to beach. All you need to bring is your swimsuit. Everything you need for the beach comes with the house. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We loved this place.
What a great place to escape traffic and crowds! Parrotheads is a centrally located, comfortable,
and well equipped house. It has everything we needed. Andrey and Lana made sure our stay was enjoyable. We will return.
I wish there were 10 stars! This property is amazing! This was our second year at NCI and at Parrothead’s Paradise. It is such a comfortable, well-appointed home. We really hate to leave it to go to the beach or explore the island. My son and his GF had brought a lot of fresh lemons from their tree at home. Erika was astounded to find an electric juicer in the kitchen!! Beds are super comfortable and secluded so if part of the gang is up playing games or watching ballgames, you don’t have to worry about the noise keeping you up. One of our favorite features is a dining table that seats all of us! Cooks never feel cut off from the action in the large living/dining/kitchen space. The screen porch that spans the width of the house is dreamy. Property manager Lana is a great communicator. The golf cart went kaput our next to last day. Lana responded immediately and had the problem resolved within an hour. This home has beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand building tools - everything you could possibly need or want at the beach-all in addition to the sea kayak and 2 paddle boards. We love the location. 5 min walk to the beach, easy walk to Mainstay or NCIC. We took advantage of the free bikes offered thru the club. It is the most perfect vacation house we have ever rented. Can’t wait to return.❤️❤️
Our family had a wonderful time at Parrothead’s Paradise. House was super clean, nicely decorated and plenty of space for us! Our kids had such an amazing time. The only complaint I heard was the wifi connection.
House was awesome and close to everything the island has to offer.
