Each of the four bedrooms is thoughtfully designed for comfort:

Two primary bedrooms are spacious rooms with en-suite bathrooms and king-sized beds.

A third bedroom with a king sized bed and full walk-in closet.

A fourth bedroom with a fun triple bunk and a king-sized daybed—perfect for kids or extra guests!

Great communication with Jeff. House is perfect. Many houses weve stayed in on island will have a few kitchen amenities but often missing things, this house had it all. Elevator was helpful for luggage and groceries. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Will stay here again.

The hosts have been amazing with accommodating our group and platinum communication. The house was outfitted perfectly with a kitchen that our family of cooks really enjoyed! The house was very clean and well maintained and the hosts made sure we knew where to find everything and how everything worked. Everything is pretty, comfortable and just what we hoped for! The island is really beautiful and it was fun to be secluded and private. It takes good planning but there are also amazing service providers that make everything really easy.

We had a fantastic stay at Turtle Cove! The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay on the island for a week. We had two families with 4 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of room for all. We enjoyed the pool and roof top crow’s nest for viewing the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We would highly recommend this well maintained property. This house was fantastic! We highly recommend! We came with family and our three kids. The kids room was perfect! They had all the amenities we needed/could’ve wanted! The hosts did such a great job of communicating and making sure we had everything we needed. We had such a wonderful time on the island!! We spent the mornings at the beach and afternoons at the pool. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation!

Family Vacation

This was our second time on the island and now our forever vacation! We absolutely loved our stay at Turtle Cove! Our group of 7 (3 different families) had plenty of space and enjoyed every second we spent there! The house was clean and just as advertised! The pool was AMAZING and we spent every afternoon in it soaking in the sun and family time! Jeff and Sandra were easy to get ahold of and communicated extremely well and made the planning process so easy! Do yourself a favor and visit North Captiva and this house, you won’t regret it!

Turtle Cove was exactly as advertised and then some! The house was amazing, the view was amazing and the beaches are breathtaking! Jeff was and Sandra were fantastic hosts and extremely attentive and gracious hosts! The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were awesome. The bathrooms were luxurious and well stocked! The kitchen and living room spaces were also fantastic and had everything needed to make a gourmet meal! The pool was resort like with chairs to lounge in and lots of towels!If you’ve never been to North Captiva Island I would suggest planning a trip to the hidden gem and stay at Turtle Cove!Jeff and Sandra, thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us in paradise!

Beautiful Home

Our group consisted of 3 couples – all friends from our college days. The house was perfect for us! Both the house and pool are beautiful; and the owners were very helpful! One of the women in our group is a self-proclaimed “pool snob” and she could not have been more impressed with the pool. Everything was clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this house!

Turtle Cove Paradise!!

Our 3rd time on North Captiva and we hit the jackpot. The house was brand new and beautiful. Was stocked with everything we needed and more. The outdoor space and the pool were fantastic. We enjoyed a lot of family time in that area. Communication with the owners before and during our stay was great. Would highly recommend Turtle Cove and the homeowners to anyone!

Another day in Paradise

This was our first trip back to North Captiva after Hurricane Ian, and the impacts are still very visible. We had an outstanding week, and Jeff & Sandra’s home is perfect. This is our sixth trip to the island and by far our favorite house. The upper level porch and giant sliders make for an excellent indoor/outdoor living situation. The house is equipped with everything you need, and it is all in great condition. The pool bar area is a lovely bonus—especially for work outs and watching tv while enjoying the water. North Captiva Island is a Florida gem not to be missed, and Turtle Cove (house) is a great way to spend your vacation.

Beautiful Home Seconds From The Beach

Wow! We loved every moment of our stay at Turtle Cove. The home was large enough for our two families of 4. (Two adults and two children per family) and the kids loved watching the tortoises cross the driveway. The home is just right around the corner from the beach that is absolutely pristine. Sunsets were the best at the entrance of Bartlett and were breath taking. We loved the island vibe and did not mind one bit that work was taking place on the island to bring it back to it’s beautiful self. We will definitely be back!! A few things to note for future guests/owner - The pool definitely was not cleaned prior to our arrival but was cleaned the day before we checked out. The kids did not mind it but it was some what of a turn off for the adults. Definitely bring something to clean your dishes with, such as a sponge or your chosen item you normally use at home. We did include this in our grocery delivery with Debby and was a huge miss on our part. Thank you, Jeff and Sandy for hosting us! We cannot wait to be back again next year!

Hello, we first discovered North Captiva Island in 2012. We live in Michigan full time and visit the island as often as we can. We purchased our first home, Hakuna Matata, on the island in 2021. We have a successful vacation rental in northern Michigan as well (Lewiston). It has been our pleasure to share our homes with so many wonderful people, and we know you will come to love the island as much as we do!
