Large, quiet house with swimming pool for vacations with friends and family

The Domaine de Bel Air is ideal for your quiet holidays between the countryside and the sea, with friends and family. A large orchard of 5000 m2 to play and relax. <br>The 154m2 Cordouan cottage is a furnished and equipped house for 10 people. Composed of a large living room of 45m2 very bright with access to the orchard and view of the swimming pool, the cottage is tastefully furnished, in a countryside spirit by the sea. The living room is an open space with a modern kitchen with central island, a dining area and a cosy TV lounge. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and microwave oven. Coffee machines, toaster and kettle are also available. You will discover a large entrance of 17m2 which leads to the living room, the sleeping area upstairs, a second children's TV lounge, a toilet and a laundry room. The cottage is equipped with 4 bathrooms and 4 toilets, 2 of which are independent. The charm of the bedrooms upstairs can only seduce you. Each room is decorated with many different tastes and styles (romantic, zen, sea, chic). Two bedrooms are master suites (private bathroom and toilet). In the rooms, all bedding is of high quality, bed linen and towels provided. Bath towels for the pool and beach are optional, on request, at a rate of 10€/person/stay.<br>For the little ones, a travel cot or a high chair are also, on request in advance, available for rent at a rate of €10/stay.<br>The cottage is equipped with Wifi, and Internet TV. Board games, toys, books for young and old are also available. A DVD/Blu-ray player and many DVDs are arranged in the small living room. The salt-treated swimming pool, 10mx4m is open from May to the end of September and heated from June to the end of September, it is shared with the Boyard cottage as well as the large garden at the back. On the other hand, you have a private outdoor area at the back of the cottage and an arbour for meals on the side.<br>Cleaning fees are optional at the rate of 220 euros and must be requested at the time of booking. If not subscribed, a deposit cheque for the same amount will be given on arrival. <br>Arrivals are scheduled between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. and departures before 10 a.m. If the calendar allows it (to be requested), arrivals in July and August can be anticipated from 11 a.m. for 80€ and the delayed departure until 5 p.m. at the rate of 80€. For weekend rentals, the hours are more flexible.<br> Pets are not allowed. A bakery is at the end of the street at 400m and the village at 1600m. For your visits and beaches, the estate is 15 minutes from the centre of Royan, 25 minutes from the island of Oléron, 20 minutes from Rochefort, 45 minutes from La Rochelle and 25 minutes from Saintes.
