E Villa Clara, 600m de la mer, piscine

Beautiful house for 6 people, 3 bedrooms including 2 mini master suites (with shower room), a comfortable living room and 2 terraces. Furnished and equipped with taste, it is located in a very quiet residential area and close to the famous Huttes beach. Very well equipped, it will be the ideal place for relaxing holidays. Bed linen is provided. If you want, you can bring your towels or rent them from the concierge. The cycle path 300m away will allow you to travel wherever you want on the island by bike. In July and August, you will also have free shuttles to move around without a car wherever you want. Filter coffee maker and Nespresso available, electric plancha to make good little dishes. Internet connection ok. Secure parking. The pool is equipped with a roller shutter and is heated from Mid April to end of September. The temperature may vary depending on the weather and outdoor temperatures. Good plan regarding bike rental on request. Tourist tax potentially due upon arrival depending on the period, and if not mentioned in the quotation. To try and adopt!

Parfait !

Nous avons énormément apprécié cette belle villa amenagée avec goût et très spacieuse. La piscine chauffée est parfaite. Nous aurions seulement apprécié qu'elle soit propre à notre arrivée pour ne pas devoir y passer une heure à la nettoyer avant la première baignade... Le pisciniste est passé le lendemain...

superbe villa

Nous avons passé un super weekend entre amis dans la villa Clara.Magnifiques prestations,très belle décoration intérieure et très joli mobilier.Super espace nuit avec 2 suites parentales.La 3e chambre disposant d'une magnifique salle de bain à proximité. L'espace extérieur est également très bien agencé et arboré autour de la piscine chauffée : coin salon très cosy,coin repas avec plancha au gaz et transat autour de la piscine.Il y a même un patiot doté d'un salon extérieur coté nuit avec beaucoup de charme. Quartier très calme situé à 35 minutes de l'entrée de l'ile.Stationnement très facile devant la maison. Plage des Huttes à 3 min en vélo.Départ des pistes cyclables à 5 min de la maison qui permettent de sillonner toute l'ile. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire ainsi qu'avec Eric qui ont été très réactifs à mes demandes. Je recommande à 200%

Très jolie maison, à deux pas de la plage des Huttes en traversant la dune...

Très jolie maison, très bien décorée et parfaitement équipée. Deux terrasses, deux ambiances... Les pistes cyclables sont toutes proches pour visiter le nord de l'île à vélo, celle qui va de la maison au phare est particulièrement belle en longeant la côte ! Pour aller à la plage, il suffit de traverser la dune, à vous de trouver le petit sentier... Propriétaire et agence gérant le bien, très professionnels.
