BOATERS Paradise. The open intracoastal waters are ONLY 900 feet away. This newly decorated 3-bedroom 3-bath home is ideal for your beach and boating vacation. Head down the Intracoastal to Boca Grande Pass for WORLD CLASS FISHING only about a 10 - 15 minute boat ride away. The tarpon run in the early spring to early summer. Game fishing at it's best!! After a day out on the water return to this spacious home. This single family home sits on a private lot. Nautical themed decor is warm and welcoming. The home offers a split floor plan. The master bedroom has a large walk in closet and en-suite bath with tub-shower combination. The guest bedrooms share a jack and jill bath. Open the sliders and welcome in the tropical breezes. The lanai is amply sized and screened. The pool is perfectly refreshing. Take a ride to the beach, go shopping at the boutiques on Boca or just enjoy the tranquil sunsets of the Gulf. This is the place where memories are made.

Great place, just right for our five-sum. Nicely decorated, great neighborhood, Only one disappointment, the pool heater was inoperable and February has cool evenings so the pool was cold. But that didn’t wreak our stay, we loved it.

Good location

This home is in a good location on the canal and we enjoyed our stay. It is dated with no frills, but was sufficient for what we needed during the week. It was a little cool the week we went and the pool is not heated, so the kids didn't spend much time in it. The fourth bedroom is not accessible as it is listed private, but the house listing only shows three bedrooms, so that is a non-issue. The third shower was not functioning (drain severely clogged), which was a little difficult with the amount of people we had. A maintenance company came out during our stay, but was unable to fix it. The hot water heater only allowed for 2 showers within 30 minutes before it needed a break for a third. The fridge water and ice was not functioning. The water line is broken and leaked from the bottom. The screen door is broken. There is a leak under the kitchen sink. These are all minor things that were addressed with the management company during checkout, so we are also hoping that the owners of the home will take the time to make the proper repairs for future renters. Overall our stay was good as we enjoyed the location.
