The Space:

Newly renovated home is your oasis and can escape the world in the secluded and fully private backyard and pool.

The open floor plan allows the kitchen, living room, dining area to flow directly to the sweeping views of the spacious backyard and lanai sparkling salt water pool just beyond the sliding glass doors.

The modern kitchen features updates such as the Carrera marble countertops with bar seating for guests to enjoy casual conversation, views of the serene backyard, or a cocktail or two. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern amenities a guest could need. A stocked pantry for guests to utilize to make the home as personable and encourage cooking parties while at the home.

The master bedroom is spacious and features a king bed and a sliding glass door with access to the backyard pergola and pool. The walk-in shower is a revelation after a day lounging at the pool and easy access for all guests coming from the pool. The room also includes a luggage rack, expansive closet with storage, blow up mattress, and blackout blinds.

The two guest bedrooms feature queen- and full-size bed with expansive closest space, luggage racks, personal robes, iron and table, and blackout blinds. The bedrooms share a modern hall bath with walk in shower.
All bedrooms have smart TVs. Both bathrooms offer hair dryers.

The backyard and pool are the gem in the crown of Sunnyview Oasis. Completely enclosed from the world and offering our guests complete utmost privacy. Soak in our saltwater Lanai pool while enjoying the breathtaking view of the mountains. The pool is outfitted with both a variety of floating lounges and lawn games, like cornhole and outdoor Jenga.

When the sun begins to lull in the sky, migrate to the couch and enjoy a little respite from the sun and while the others away. As dinner approaches, make use of the grill before taking a seat at our 6 person dining table with good company and enjoy the desert evening.

If you're lucky enough to be visiting during the cooler months, our clementine tree may be in full bloom, so please partake in picking some for your morning juice or to spruce up your mimosa.

The carport has a 220v Stage 2 EV charger plug (14-50 NEMA outlet) for your EV charging needs, free of charge. So if you have an electric vehicle and the qualifying portable adapter feel free to top up at the house!

This beautiful property is a short drive to downtown Palm Springs, with its many restaurants, bars, shopping, and art galleries. Palm Springs boasts a host of activities from ATVs, tennis, spa resorts, golfing, and the tramway located less than a mile away.

The property is located within the Racquet Club Estates which is a premier neighborhood in Palm Springs. The area is rich in history and architectural significance. It should be noted that the city has a noise ordinance that are strictly enforced. Music or noise escaping the perimeter of the property is prohibited and is enforced by the city. Palm Springs will fine guests for such infractions and will results in the termination of the rental. The host(s) like to stress that each guests should be considerate of the neighbors and ask to treat the home as you would your own.
