Have a stay full of lasting memories with the locals and transplants alike in Nashville's most popular downtown neighborhood! This chic apartment is perfectly located near many of the Nashville hot spots you've heard of. Stay close enough to the action to be the first in line at Biscuit Love or walk to your reservations at some of Nashville's most well-known eateries. Either way, the shops, boutiques, and entertainment will give you ample opportunity to stretch your legs and explore the best of what Nashville has to offer all within a few blocks. You will love your stay in our home and you'll be energized by the neighborhood vibe, we know it!

This apartment features an open-concept dining and living area with a private patio so you can relax from the bustling activity the Gulch offers! To the kitchen's right is a black granite desk, matching the island, if you need to handle some business while you stay with us. You'll love enjoying the patio in between emails!

We provide our guests with a washer/dryer so you can have a blast and not worry about stains on your best 'going out' attire! Laundry may not be fun for everyone, but you can enjoy Nashville easily, knowing you don't have to worry if you need it!

The Master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is to the left of the open-concept living room, with a modern and bright feel and a large walk-in closet setup for your belongings. With ample space for 2, the bed is a plush foam queen with an extra blanket for comfort. Off of the bedroom is the large ensuite bathroom with bright double vanities and a sizable garden tub with a modern subway tile backsplash, big enough for a few people to get ready at the same time!

The guest bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is to the right of the living space, with a sunny view to the patio, has a comfy queen foam bed and a similar-sized closet. It's hard to tell which of these is the master bedroom sometimes!! The second bedroom also connects to an airy (jack and jill) full guest bathroom, providing both bedrooms with their own private bathroom experience.

My home is set with everything you need to feel right at home!

Additional sleeping arrangements include a twin air mattress, and the couch converts into a twin/full bed.

The wall to broadway was more like 20minutes and at night you definitely want to uber it back home. It is in the gulch with lots of restaurants and bars. Definitely a great area to stay, but if you want to be close to broadway where the strip is I wouldn’t stay there. Wonderful place very clean and accessible. The property needs to clean their pool. Great place. Great communication with the owner. Quick to respond as well. Thank you will be back again.

Property is a nice 2/2 with a kitchen overlooking the living room. Has a nice balcony with two chairs. Arriving, the instructions are very clear. However, our code didn't work, and second phone number I called a nice gentleman was able to fix the problem in just a few minutes. Just know, the property is a pretty good walk from the initial parking area on the first floor. But once you go up to the 5th floor parking, it's a 45 second walk to the room. Didn't have time to go to the pool, but did walk by, and it is a very nice recreation/pool area. Located in the Gulch, which is mostly young people living and working in that area of Nashville. We're older, but actually enjoyed the younger crowd out on street around the Airbnb. I'd certainly stay here again!

Amazing location, The Gulch is a fun area, convenient to all attractions. Amanda is an amazing, responsive host. Check in instructions detailed. Our smoke detectors were chirping upon arriving. Maintenance was contacted and issue resolved immediately. If you are sensitive to noise at night, it is noisy on the street until early morning. The bathrooms need a deep cleaning, there is mold is shower. Also a fabric shower curtain that can be washed instead of plastic would be great.
