Welcome to the beauty of Park City, Utah. This spacious two bedroom condo sleeps eight and is true Ski-in and Ski-out, only 300 feet to lifts that take you to the Crescent High Speed Quad or Heckler! The property amenities include a heated outdoor pool, fitness center, sauna/steam room, a jacuzzi, movie theatre, kids activities at The Mine, and family activities planned every day. Nearby you can find many hiking, biking, and jogging trails to explore the great outdoors. During the warmer months you can find activities such as jet skiing, water skiing, sailing, and fly fishing close to the property, making this a year round adventure spot.
Enjoy the onsite amenities such as an outdoor pool or relax in a jacuzzi. You can also keep up with your fitness routine at the well-equipped fitness center. There is a game room for the kids, which features video games and kid activities. There is also ski storage and a ski valet. The resort is also close to Park City's historic Main Street and the Sundance Film Festival venue. You can also find Clark Planetarium, Hogle Zoo, and The Children's Museum near the property.
This spacious two bedroom, two bath unit features a king bed in each bedroom and two sleeper sofas. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with an oversized tub and separate walk-in shower. The separate living and dining room has a large TV with premium cable and movie channels, along with a DVD player, and a sleeper sofa for two. The unit features a full kitchen (Full Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Dishes, Cookware, Utensils). The unit has a Washer/Dryer, and a fireplace as well.

Transportation:
Limited parking on property, as Park City is very accessible with free transportation; therefore, we recommend booking a shuttle/taxi from the airport, if possible.
For those who are driving to the resort:
All Villa types (studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom) will receive one (1) parking pass. Onsite parking is not guaranteed. Additional parking may be purchased at an additional cost of $25/day for two bedroom units only (subject to change). All one- bedroom and studio guest suites do not have access to additional parking permits.
This is a Cashless Resort, and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.
Construction Updates:
-Landslide repair work will occur nearby from Mar. 1, 2024, through Jun. 30, 2024. Please anticipate construction noise from the backside of our property during this time.
-The MountainSide Pool will be closed from Sept. 15, 2024, through Nov. 6, 2024, for pool lining refurbishment. Please anticipate construction noise during this time.
-Fireplace maintenance project is taking place through June 2024, and a limited number of fireplaces will be available for use in guest rooms.
