Awesome views of the Atlantic Ocean from the pools/hot tub. Full access to workout room, game room, you can rent movies and even has a computer area.

About The Location

If you want to be in the middle of all Hilton Head has to offer look no further. This villa is in the lovely South Forest Beach area on the south end of Hilton Head. Outstanding property! Very comfortable beds, plenty of space for a family of 4 (or more), and really well renovated. Our entire family enjoyed the grounds, short distance to the beach and convenient pool bar/grill. We are already planning our next trip to HHI and this property is on the top of our list.

Overall our stay here was amazing! The proximity to the beach is hard to beat and the fact we didn’t have to cross the main road was such a huge plus! Having the pool right there to enjoy was great as well. We will definitely book again.

Access to the beach is the highlight of this property. So convenient to walk out to the beach whenever you want to. Very nice pool area as well. Great for kids with the walk in feature. Beach/pool toys and towels are not provided by owner however there are some items that have been left by previous renters. Also, if you drink coffee, bring some coffee filters as those are not provide either! Would stay again.

Living space was tight. No table for board games, dining. Kitchen was poorly equipped - if you wanted to cook/dine-in/BBQ, there were insufficient materials, plus zero grilling tools. Parking was a challenge, as HGVC guests frequently occupied the Carolina Beach Club spaces. Strongly suggest providing 4-5 beach chairs, as there were only two. The beds were equipped with a sheet and a blanket - there were no other blankets available. Location was solid, close to the beach, shops.

Fun time in HHI

Overall property was great. Walking or biking distance to everything. Pool was great for our 3 year old. Having the restaurant is convenient, bring cash their credit card machine did go down for us. Beach access is right there and an easy quick walk, there are a couple of beach chairs and some sand toys in the unit which were great to have. Laundry is right down the hall, but you need quarters- wish I knew this before we arrived. Property could have been a little better stocked but overall clean and was plenty big for our family of 3.

Paradise in Hilton Head

This was my family’s first time to Hilton Head! Everything about our stay was top notch! The close proximity to the beach, pool, shopping and all other amenities can’t be beat. The only thing missing was extra toilet paper. We did go out and purchase some. Regardless we will be back!! Thank you!!

Relaxing Stay

My husband and I loved our stay at the condo. It was clean and included everything we needed. Loved the beach/pool access. It is close to great restaurants and shops. Enjoyed running at Sea Pines Forest Preserve just down the road. Highly recommend staying here.

Great condo in the best part of HHI! Right on the beach and the amenities are great! My 4 year old twins loved the zero entry pool and we loved the beach bar :) super clean condo with super comfie beds, beach chairs, beach toys, etc. Will definitely stay again!!!

NOT Pool Sde Dinning

One of the main reasons we booked this location was the dining/bar area next to the pool. During the duration of our trip we were not allowed to make purchases there. They would not take card or cash. Whenever and whoever we spoke to about this issue on property or otherwise we were dismissed. If you plan on staying at this location, plan on being able to see a place that offers food and beverages but not being able to use the area, which will make for very disappointed children.

We are very fortunate to be located on the Hilton Ocean Oak property because they keep the property immaculate and they are constantly improving. Unfortunately their point of sale system went down and they took that opportunity to install a better system which did mean that the pool bar credit card machine was down for an extended period of time while installing and training. We understand our guest’s disappointment but appreciate their understanding as this is simply out of our hands. We are very happy to report the system is up and running and our future guests will not have this issue!
