Waterfront home with amazing views from every room. Open living room and kitchen with wall to wall glass windows. Awesome entertainment setup w/open living room, kitchen and 800 sq. ft deck.

3 bedroom and 3bath, 2700 sq. ft home located right on river with marina steps away.

All bedrooms are upstairs, each bedroom has a river view and a queen mattress. The master bedroom and 2nd bedroom both have a new adjustable bed-frame (i.e goes up/down w/remote) and access to upper deck.

Min 3 night rental.

During summer, rental upgrade options for kayaks, paddle board, jet ski..etc upon request and marina is steps away.

Our daughter's wedding in St. Joe

We received out of town friends after they checked into their hotel rooms. There was plenty of room on the deck & in the great room. We had a great gathering. Pre-wedding pics here, perfect setting. It was perfect for us. Thank you Jason for sharing your lovely home.

Just returned from a three day stay at Jason’s property in St. Joe’s, Mi. Had a wonderful time during our visit as our entire family loved the area as well as the property.

Great views, location and house.

I would definitely stay here again. Me, my partner and two of our neighbors went up and love St. Joe overall. The house was really close to downtown and great beaches. It was really comfortable with a big kitchen for folks who like to cook. The wifi was a little spotty, but Jason, the owner, was receptive and is looking into wifi extender for downstairs. Would definitely go back.

Stunning views

The property exceeded our already high expectations. The deck amenities, open concept layout, spectacular views, tidy and homey atmosphere provided everything and more my family and I needed to enjoy our stay and make unforgettable memories with one another. Our host, Jason, was very helpful throughout our stay and The house was professionally cleaned before our arrival.. Thank you Jason!
