This house was great, we didn't get to use the outside because it was so cold out, but it looked really nice. But the inside met all our needs, so nice this really sets the bar for planning to stay in a VRBO instead of a hotel on every trip.

Adorable little house that was perfect for a weekend stay! Had everything we needed and was very cozy. Very clean and beds were super comfortable and kitchen was pretty well stocked although we did not do much cooking. There is no dishwasher or garbage disposal, which isn’t a big deal but just something to be aware of. Owner was very responsive in making sure that we were comfortable and we did not have any problems during our stay. I would highly recommend this property if you are visiting Athens.

Nice Weekend House

Came to town for the weekend for a wedding. This house was perfect for what we needed, so much better than staying in a hotel. Nice outside sitting area, having a carport is a plus if it if raining when leaving. Close to many restaurant options and close to the highway for quick in and out of town. The king size beds are huge and comfortable. Would stay there again if ever coming to town.

The house met and exceeded our expectations. It was a cute and clean property. We were 5 ladies that were in town for a women’s conference and the house was perfect. Great Experience

Heather provided a great home for us to spend the weekend with our UGA student. House was clean and well stocked for all our needs, with room to spread out, a large yard, and games for the whole family. She was also extremely accommodating during Easter weekend to give us a little extra time together.

Dropping son off at UGA

The house is extremely well appointed and nicer than what is reflected in pictures. The hosts provided clear and accurate communication.This place is not in walking distance to the UGA campus but we had to rent a car anyway. It was about a 10-15 minute drive to campus.Backyard has amazing facilities - picnic benches, fire pit etc. I would definitely stay here again and will try to for future visits.
