Seconds from the UGA vet school and minutes from the UGA stadium and downtown Athens. Situated in a quiet family neighborhood, this house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Beautifully and comfortably decorated, family friendly, and plenty of room for everyone! The home features a wonderful screened in porch and large back yard ready for you to enjoy.

Thank you for the Brita Water Filter. You might consider putting a rheostat on the kitchen overhead light. If you had a squeegee in the shower, we could wipe down and save the glass. King mattress was perfect!

The house was very clean. The neighbor was quiet and safe. We enjoyed the screened in porch area, and the kitchen was stocked very well with pots and pans. The house was pet friendly and even had doggy poop bags available.

Clean, bright and homie

We were in town for a swimming championship. The location was great and the house is clean and updated. The beds are super comfortable. The host is very accommodating. We will be back!

Lovely property close to UGA

We were visiting Athens to tour UGA with our daughter. This property is less than 10 minutes away from the university. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and had all the comforts of home. The home was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The owners of this property were thoughtful in preparing this home. Night lights in the bathrooms, cleaning supplies and even poopy bags to clean up your dogs waste! If we are ever back in Athens, we would definitely stay in this home again.

Family and Pet Friendly

Perfect location and amenities for us to stay while attending a family event. We chose this home because of the location and ability to bring our dog. Surprised at how open the space felt since it appears smaller from the outside. Would definately would like to stay here again.

Wonderful week!

Great property, well appointed and updated. Location was great and close to everything we were in town for. Mattresses on the beds were very nice and comfortable. Process was easy all the way around, check out was a breeze, and Joshua was very responsive with any questions we had.

Perfect place

This home had plenty of room for a family to spread out. We enjoyed the screened in porch at night. It was close to everything but still in a quiet neighborhood. I hope to stay again in the future.

daughter’s birthday weekend with friends

What a perfect location and size for my daughter’s recent birthday. The location was easy to get to and in a quiet neighborhood. It comfortably slept all 8 people in our group. It was clean, updated with all the extras to make it feel like home away from home.It was close to all the downtown Athens fun! We had the best time!

Nice and clean

The house was all nice and clean the yard wasn’t to impress with and both next door neighbors yard where eye sore one of which hasn’t been lived in quite sometime it looked like rest of houses in the neighborhood were all nice and kept up well older neighborhood probably built in the 60s

Lovely screened in back porch, equipped with family games! Nice, quiet neighborhood, close to stores and restaurants. Hosts instructions were easy as was the whole check in/out process. This was a very comfortable stay that we will keep in mind next time we are visiting Athens! Thank you!

Perfect 4 Bedroom Ranch

Our family really enjoyed our graduation-holiday stay at this property. The aesthetics of the home were so soothing and it was renovated with lovely high-end materials, most notably the cupboards. The kitchen was well-supplied with pans and utensils (I brought my own roasting pan). The bathrooms were well-stocked with soft towels and shower products and the beds were super comfy. There was plenty of off-street parking and a lovely screened-in porch. A good value for a family reunion in Athens. I highly recommend it.

Clean, Comfortable Home

Home was very clean, well stocked with plenty of towels, soaps, etc. Updates through out, comfortable furnishings, spacious kitchen and nice screened back porch. Located in a quiet neighborhood convenient to major roads which made getting around easy. Host Josh was quick to respond to any communications. Would recommend.
