It was a pleasure to host you and your group. It's wonderful to be able to share this amazing town of Athens. Between the amazing academic offerings and achievements of University University of Georgia, our amazing Football legacy (Go Dawgs), Restaurants, Music, Arts, the UGA Golf Course, a New Hockey Team (Go Rock Lobsters), and so much more. We are so happy you enjoyed your stay and look forward to the opportunity to host you again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Dawg House. The property itself is absolutely stunning, and so relaxing to sit outside on the porch. While we were a little concerned at first, having to go outside to go between the units, it wasn’t an issue at all. The amenities and hospitality were fantastic. We appreciate all the special touches!

Great find!!!

This was our first time staying in a VRBO in Athens instead of a hotel. This place was much better than any hotel in Athens and cheaper if you come on a parent’s weekend like we did. Great location, very clean, and appears to be new remodeled. We enjoyed our stay very much and will use this location again.

The property was very clean and the host were very helpful. Parking is a little tricky if you have multiple vehicles. The driveway goes through a portico to get to part of the parking area. You can see it on the pictures so not a surprise just a little difficult to get cars turned around and back out. Also lots of stairs between the 2 units and I am older so we had our family there for a wedding and I had to go between the units a good bit. The beds were very comfortable for a rental unit.

Excellent stay!

We stayed at Dawg Manor while in town for a work conference. The property is in a great location that is convenient to town and has a beautiful view from the back deck. The home was spotless and inviting upon arrival. The host promptly responded and graciously returned an item left behind free of charge. We highly recommend this location and would stay again when we return for future conferences.

It was a pleasure to host you for the Georgia vs Georgia tech game Friday night! What a game that was! We love Athens and enjoy being able to share a place for others to enjoy easy access to the stadium, the campus, restaurants, with lots of room, just across from the UGA golf course. We look forward to the opportunity to host you in the future!
