You're sure to enjoy this space as you'll have your own private entrances with an amazing oversized deck that's the entire back side of our home that overlooks a 2 acre back yard on the babbling North Oconee River and is your private outdoor space to use with 6 rocking chairs, porch swing, tables with umbrella and chairs, as well as an oversized jenga game, full size foosball, and corn hole. Bedroom 1 has 2 queen beds, with night stand. lamp and 2 usb compatible power outlets, Dresser with TV, Walk in Closet & it's own full bathroom w/shower & washer/dryer. The 2nd Bedroom is a Queen bed and a Full bed with night stand, lamp with usb compatible power outlets, TV, Armoire for hanging clothes, and there is a large closet in the Oversized Family room for additional closet space to hang clothes, store suitcases and coolers, and other items in cubbies.

Two additional Bedrooms up the exterior stairs to the 2nd level. Bedroom 3 has two queen beds, Roku TV, nightstand with power outlets, and dresser with direct access to full bathroom, Bedroom 4 has two queen beds, closet, table and chairs, desk with Roku TV (can be used as workstation). There is also a loft above the main room with a queen bed and a kitchenette with microwave, additional refrigerator with ice/water, dishwasher, toaster, and blender.

The oversized family room on the Terrace Level has a Full Size sleeper sofa, leather couch, leather reclining chairs, Electric Fireplace with heat settings, 55" Roku TV, Foosball table, and there are also 2 roll away single beds in the closet. Kitchen with Full sized Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Blender, Coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, stove/oven. Seating for 12 and another full bath with tub.

Firewood for firepit is readily available and 6 Adirondack chairs down by the rustling waters and riverbank of the North Oconee River allow for total relaxation. (weather/wind permitting). Spacious area allowing for a little soccer or football. There is also a basketball court (cement) down near the riverbanks and a family of 11 deer hang forage in the early morning and evenings.

Come enjoy your oasis as you make Athens your home for a few days. Whether it's Football, a wedding or other special event, or just want to come for a visit, we feel confident you'll enjoy all that Athens has to offer. The property is located walking distance to a bus stop. Owners reside on main level and are readily available with extra linens or other needs.
