Everything was as described in the listing. Communication was great, check in process was simple and there were very clear instructions. Nice view of the lake. We enjoyed our trip and would book again.
We had a wonderful long weekend at this La Grange house/cabin. Remarkable view, very clean, quiet location and very responsive renter! Shuffleboard was a huge hit along with many other games, and a comfy couch to relax on while watching a game on the smart TV.

Thank you. You were also a pleasure to host! Come back soon!
The house was perfect. Quite beautiful actually. Welcoming, with cute decor. They had all the essentials you need from cookware to kids games, and working A/C. We went during Fourth of July. I enjoyed watching the birds from the balcony with my coffee in the morning and we could see the fireworks from balcony at night.During the day we swam with the kids at the swimming lagoon which was a quick 10 min. drive. The host is quick to respond. I would stay here again.
My Dad, and some fishing buds stayed here for 5 days, 4 nights. It was WONDERFUL. Could not be happier. Clean house, incredible views, nice amenities, and affordable! This was our first VRBO stay and it set the bar high!

Thank you so much! Also for being awesome guests. More than happy to have you all back again soon!
This is a nice, relaxing lake house if you want a place to stay while summer boating at Don Pedro. It’s an easy 15 min drive from the launch at the marina on Bond Flats road. The lake views are wonderful from the back deck and the house comfortable with functional kitchen, grill for BBQ and cozy couch and living room. We will be back!

Grateful for awesome guests! Looking forward to hosting you again!
Thank you for leaving us a great review even though it never posted due to technical difficulties . We truly appreciated all the kind words and especially for taking such great care of the Lakehouse. You are welcomed back anytime 🤗
We had a wonderful time at this property. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living space is HUGE. There were three nice sized rooms with a huge master room to complete the 4th bedroom. BTW, the master has a view of the lake. The home was extremely clean and the outside property is beautiful. It was an amazing family getaway.
We were at the lake within 15 minutes. We rented a slip which made it so easy to get up and go off to the lake.

Thank you for the compliments and for taking such good care of the lakehouse! Come back soon!!
We absolutely loved our stay in La Grange! Host Veronica had great communication and made directions for the stay clear and simple. The house was clean, well put together and very welcoming. The location to Lake Don Pedro was perfect. Only a few minutes drive to Flemming Meadows launch ramp. Between the house and the lake is a gas station with a little market and dollar general which between the 2 has everything you may have forgotten. Large parking area at the house. We had 2 trucks both with boats and they fit without any issues. Overall, a very pleasent stay!

Thank you for the awesome review! We try! And thank you for leaving the home in excellent condition. We hope to have you back again!
We celebrated the new year 2021 here with a small group of friends and family. House was perfect for us with all we need. Yosemite Valley is 1 hour 45 minutes away, we did a day trip one of the days. The best part is watching the beautiful sunset from the home. House is in a very isolated area with the next house quite far from this one. Veronica ( the owner) was awesome at communicating timely. Overall a great place to go and relax for a few days.

I highly recommend Sashi and his family. They left the house in great condition and was very mindful of all house rules. He was great in communicating and even sent me pictures of the beautiful sunsets during their stay. Thank you !
Lovely clean home in a good area with a gorgeous view. Ample parking, although that gravel slope is a bit of a challenge for some vehicles. The only real negative is that one of the rooms was listed as having two beds -- it's a bed plus a rollaway that was not set up, resulting in an awkward situation for two members of our group. I do also wish that the Keurig had been mentioned in the listing because I bought one, then discovered it wasn't needed. (Also, watch out for the tricky kitchen drawer with the broken bottom). Otherwise it was a really nice stay with a huge TV, lots of comfy seating, a huge master suite, thermostat and wifi were easy to use, every utensil and pan you could need to cook in or with, loads of extra towels, and on and on. Very nice overall.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. However, you did have more guests than you requested And several cars arriving at different times, which also was not disclosed As long as you left the place in good condition, we were not going to say anything. The sleeping arrangements are very clear on the website. There are two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, one bedroom with one full bed and a bonus room that has two sets of bunk twin beds and one single twin. We do not Allow adults to sleep on the upper bunks. The rollaway that is put away in the storage corner is for our personal use not for guest as it is very uncomfortable and we use it for a toddler, not adults. We do not advertise a rollaway bed for guests. Our site says 8 guests max. Our place we feel is very modest with not all the fancy upgrades and we post pictures that are not misleading. We also charge accordingly which is very modest. However, we always get five star reviews based on what guests paid for and what is advertised (the kuerig pictures are also clearly posted) We have an excellent handyman and housekeeper that lives nearby and if you would have notified us of the drawer, it could have been fixed immediately. Unfortunately, our lieniency and your neglect to review decription and pictures of accommodations and notify us of the broken drawer immediately resulted in a ding in our five star review. The broken drawer was discovered by housekeepers after your departure and was fixed immediately.
Check in was very easy and the house is in a lovely neighborhood with a great view of the lake. The "bunk room" was actually a curtained off section of the downstairs living area, rather than an actual room with a door, so that was not quite what we saw in the photos, and made for a stuffy and not very private sleeping area for three in our group. The other bedrooms were fine.Just after we arrived at 7 pm, there was a power outage, and it lasted until 1:40 am. The day had been very hot and the house temperature was probably close to 80, so when power was restored, the AC system never caught up -- we set it at 74 (minimum temp allowed by hosts), and it never got below 76. The power outage was certainly no fault of the hosts, and they communicated quickly and had flashlights at the ready, but the older AC system didn’t have a chance. The most frustrating part of our stay were the ants that were all over the kitchen when we got there. We used the Raid can found under the sink liberally, but it didn't deter them for long. They got into food we'd put into a cabinet and were in the back bedrooms and bathroom by the 2nd day. We appreciated that the hosts sent over their cleaning/maintenance people to help us, but they came with just a second can of Raid and these ants needed more than that.Needless to say, we were happy to leave after two nights. Hosts were very responsive (more than we could be while working in the mountains all day) and did what they could.

Unfortunately we do not control PG&E. In the past 5 years this in only the second time there was an outage during a guest stay and it was only out for a few hours. Our AC unit is NEW. We are constantly investing in improvements, over $15k this year alone. The property is definitely not neglected. There are 3 private rooms and one clearly identified as a bonus room with two sets of bunks and one twin. Past guests have not had a problem and appreciate that we are able to accommodate more than 6 guests as there are few homes in the area that do. As for the ants, we offered to send our maintenance over but were unable to get a hold of you. So they left the spray at the door as we have to respect the rights of your privacy. The picture you sent was one small line of ants. Regardless, we took action. After your departure, our housekeepers reported seeing only two ants. This was after we reimbursed you $100 for your inconvenience. We paid our pest control company for an additional visit following your visit as part of our diligence. Unfortunate you gave us only 3 star review after we work so hard to maintain our 5 stars. Although we never had a problem in the past, we will now ensure that future guests will now have to confirm acknowledgement of bedrooms arrangements and power outages beyond our control.
Great location, very spacious and CLEAN lake house. The view of the lake is beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice! Veronica was helpful and accommodating as well.
We had a great time at this house. A short drive back to the house from the boat launch after a long day of fishing. The house is accommodating, very spacious and clean! Simple check out instructions. We will be back!
Our stay went as planned, the check in and out process was very convenient. The renters communicated well. We look forward to return sometime in the future.

Issues
The kitchen sink was a problem. We were there for Thanksgiving, so we were cooking. There is no garbage disposal. The sink kept backing up. We were told to leave the towels and sheets by the washing machine and now they want to charge us.
The bbq was cleaned to the best of our ability. There were no brushes to clean it better.
Also, the owners had cameras and weee watching who went in and who went out. It was a little creepy

Upon arrival Carol called me to tell me how absolutely perfect the house was. I was very accommodating even gave her a late check out without charge. A day before departure she did mention a slow drain in kitchen sink and we offered to send our maintenance that is 5 minutes away. She insisted they would take care of it no worries. Lesson learned. They left the pipe unscrewed that left the floor flooded as they ran the dishwasher unattended. Used all towels to soak up and left wet towels on floor for housekeepers. We disclosed security cameras prior to her arrival that caught her son taking our vacuum without permission and loading it in his car. I originally gave her 5 stars before we got full report and pictures from maintenance because she sounded so sweet and appreciative of accommodations We also drove to Lakehouse to verify and repair damages . We have pictures. Also we disclose the bbq available for use as long as you leave in condition you found it or else a $40 cleaning fee. The areas left full of grease and dirt did not require tools to clean. Unfortunately good house keepers are a rare find and need to be compensated accordingly.
