Great place to stay!

This property was awesome! Stayed 3 nights, swam at the lake and pool. Golfed as well. Short trip to Yosemite was perfect. The house had everything you need and super clean! Host/Owner was great. I would highly recommend this property.

Yosemite Getaway

We completely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! Comfortable and classy accommodations with all we needed for a few days away. Communication with the owners was quick and easy and they were very attentive! It was a convenient 30 min to Yosemite entrance. Loved our stay. Highly recommend!

Comfortable cabin in Groveland

Our family of 4 (two adult children) stayed here for a wedding nearby. The home was comfortable, well-stocked, and had such a cute Pine Mountain theme decorated throughout. As a plus for us, this is not within the gated community of PML, so we did not have to deal with access fee, getting our name on the access list, etc. If we had been hoping to go to the lake for activities, though, it would have been better to be inside the community.

Lovely cabin in Groveland

The cabin was clean, airy and very comfortable. The kitchen was inviting and well-equipped with the essentials. The property was spotless with ample parking in a quiet residential area close to Groveland, with easy access to a grocery and restaurants. We loved it!

very clean, spacious property with lots of nearby available amenities. the property owner was responsive when needed but we did not have any issues. everything you could need is in the house. for anyone booking for Yosemite it's good to know it's at least an hour to most of the popular park areas. however, the pine mountain lake area of Groveland is fantastic as well. If, and hopefully when we return to the area we would happily book this property again.

House was very cozy. Love that they had basic cookware and appliances. Check-in was easy. As was check-out. Loved the guest book at the entrance. That was cute. We went for a trip to Yosemite and luckily, it was a breeze getting to and from. The only issue we had, the house had a lot of pet fur and one of our kiddos had a small skin reaction to it. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again! Thank you 😊

Fun and convenient location

Groveland is a nice little town in a beautiful part of California. There is a great grocery store and one of the best ice cream shops we have found anywhere, and everyone was so nice. The Pine Mountain Lake community properties allow access to the beach and swimming pool and other amenities for a small fee for visitors. The golf course is beautiful, challenging, and open to the public, but registered visitors get a discount. Yosemite National Park is a short 30-40 minute trip from PML, and really, once you navigate the smooth but very curvy roads up to Groveland, not a bad drive at all; we spent 2 full days there and could have spent more. We also drove to Sequoia National Park, which was a 4+ hour drive due to traffic in Fresno, so we didn't get to spend as much time there as we expected, but both parks are spectacular and presented amazing experiences for us and our children to hike in some of the highest mountains in the US and see the largest trees in the world. As for the house, it is a bit older than the impression we got from the listing photos, but it is spacious and everything works. The beds and furniture are all very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We cooked most of our meals at the house and it worked well for us. The owners are great and responded quickly to all of our questions. We have rented many places on Vrbo, and this house rates a 4.5 out of 5, but 5 out of 5 for our overall experience.

Vacation to Yosemite National Park

We couldn't have asked for a better house to stay at during our vacation trip to Yosemite National Park. This property had great cell phone service and wifi availability. Inside the house was very clean and had a homie feel to it. We really appreciated that there was shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathroom. Was very surprised on how large the bathroom upstairs was! It was a wonderful surprise that each floor had their own thermostat, the air conditioning kept the house cool throughout; which we loved!!! The kitchen was fully stocked with all necessary kitchen appliances, utensils, etc. The property was within close distance to the grocery store and nearby restaurants. Would definitely recommend!!

Nice place!

Very Nice Cabin! Highly recommend! Just missing few important items: a Barbecue, blender, bigger pans and pots, and better mattress ( not comfortable), also light blanket for summer ( blankets are so heavy duty ; good for winter)
