Close to downtown St Augustine for all restaurants and tourist attractions. 1/2 mile from World Famous Oasis Restaurant. Totally renovated three bed 2 bath sleeps 6. Master bedroom and 2nd bedroom have king size beds and third has twins. Full size futon in den. Dining room seats eight. Well mannered pets, and owner does supply small crate in garage if needed, one medium and large upon request. Fully fenced in backyard. Comfy extra large dog crate in master bed room. Weber Grill in garage. No on street parking. Driveway accommodates three vehicles. Biweekly lawn care on Thursday on front lawn only. Owner has many years rental experience with VRBO, always received 5 Star reviews. Weekly discount 15%

Great Beach House

Dog walks on the beach and more

St Augustine beach has to be seen, beautiful. We really appreciated our dog friendly stay including over sized crate, dog bowls and welcome dog biscuits. The 5 minute walk to the beach was perfect for dog walks(on leash) and sunny afternoon lounging.

House was not clean. Bathrooms were mid but the whole house floors were filthy. Kitchen cabinets & appliances needed to be wiped down. The couch & house smelled like dog, it’s an easy fix to clean leather furniture & mop to remove the dog odor. Back door didn’t close well. Neighborhood was nice, location was good. Can definitely do something to improve the rating for next guests. My guess is they tried to clean it themselves instead of hiring professionals.

Amazing Family Vacation

Great place, only minutes walking distance to the beach, quiet and very spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be staying again here soon. Also Clara was fantastic with information and getting back to us quickly with answers.

The fenced back yard was full of dead vegetation, including large thorn bushes, so it was not usable as was advertised. When we arrived, the inside was picked up, but the floors were filthy. Our socks were black while we mopped up. The sheets in the primary bedroom reaked of citrus room spray. They had not been changed as there was a brown spot on the bottom sheet. I assume the sheets were sprayed rather than changed. I notified the owner that day, but all he replied was that the maid had been there. Only one window would open on the sun porch and one in the living room, so we couldn’t get fresh air despite comfortable temperatures. When the garage door failed, he did get someone to come the next day, but we had to stay for 4 hrs. While the repair man was there. Additionally, we had to stay another morning so the insurance adjuster could get inside the house. When we left a day early, I notified the owner and told him about ants in the kitchen. He never replied.

Family “Home”

This property is in a quiet neighborhood and is perfect for a family home away from home. Our family includes a small dog, and the owners have made sure she was just as welcome as the rest of us! There is plenty of room to spread out and amenities to keep everyone entertained. It’s a short walk to the surf and easy on/off access from A1A. The house is very spacious, very clean, and very cozy. This property will be our “go-to” from now on when we visit the area.

Nice, Convenient House

This is a nice house with everything and more that we needed for ourselves and our 2 dogs. We all enjoyed spending time in the fenced back yard. Also, the neighbors were all very friendly. We look forward to returning soon.

Very relaxing vacation

This is a great house, close to the beach and restaurants in a friendly neighborhood, very clean and well stocked. We found the beds and furniture very comfortable and was laid out for dog owners, our dogs especially loved the outdoor fenced in area. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Would love to stay here again!

This house had everything you could ever need & more. Excellent location. Plenty of room for everyone (5 of us dogs). They even had 1st aide supplies for any emergencies (which we did have). We look forward to staying here again in the future. :)

Second time here. New host not as responsive. Had to ask neighbor for help contacting him. Back yard way overgrown upon our arrival but after a couple of messages host did take care of it and it looked amazing. Awesome house and location. Great neighbors. Amazing beach. Can't beat it. Beds could be better--they appear to be king size on queen frames--so hang off the edges. House is very open and large which is great. After lubing the chain and pumping the tires I rode the bike with gears about 10 times on the beach. It worked great. Other bike needs a tune up. We love this house and hope to come back again. It is a gem despite the issues with communication.

Can't beat the location of this property - less than a quarter mile walk to the beach and to shops/restaurants on A1A! We appreciate that Clara is very easy to work with and communicative. Beautiful home 5 minutes walk to beach

We stayed with our little dog for 3 weeks in February. Daughter and 2 kids joined us for 5 days. Loved the upscale, well equipped kitchen. Fenced back garden was a paradise for our dog. Sunny patio was great for morning coffee or just hanging out. Great TVs and WiFi. Would definitely stay again if we needed family room.

Wonderful Stay

The location is perfect! Very easy walk to the beach and we also walked to breakfast and coffee shops on some mornings. The neighbors were also very quiet and friendly. The host always responded quickly to any questions and was very pleasant to work with. The convenience of having dog kennels on site along with treats and toys was very thoughtful. If we ever come back to the area with a dog we will definitely stay here! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay, my family enjoyed it very much!

Beach Getaway

The house was very nice. We had a great vacation. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and a walk to the beach. My family enjoyed being able to get up and walk to the beach. Our dog also enjoyed the house and the beach. Clara was very easy to work with and responded very quickly to any questions. My family didn’t want to leave! We will bring going back!
