The Gulf of Mexico / America is one of the most beautiful bodies of water in the world. Combine the Emerald waters with sugar white sand and you get paradise. Toes in the sand and a good book or playing with the kids this a great location to relax and have some together time.


The owner spared no expense with lots of upgrades to for the busy season. Master bedroom has a new king size bed, side tables, Roku tv, usb plugs. Best part is the amazing linen count as well as all brand new euro pillows..you’ll sleep like a baby! Can’t beat the ocean view from your bed either. Master also has a private bathroom with walk through closet. The guest bedroom’s upgrades were two new queen size beds, side tables , Roku tv, usb plugs and the softest sheets & new pillows too! Guest bath and laundry closet open to living area. Brand new towels and hair dryers in both bathrooms.. The condo is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal or make a blender full of smoothie as well as brand new pots and pans. Plenty of plates, bowls and drink ware to keep everyone happy. In Did I mention the unit is right ON the beach. Relax on the balcony watching the waves. Great Stay!

The property was very clean and had everything we needed - even a vacuum to keep the sand under control! It was right on the beach with a great view. Ron was super quick to respond with every communication and was helpful! Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful veiw

This place is a gem. The view was great and the place has everything you need. Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of towels and wash rags, hand towels. The only thing I have to say bad is the couch was janky could use a better one…

Great beach spot

Great location right on the beach and close to the beach access. We sat on the balcony in the morning and had our breakfast and looked for dolphins, which we did see our first morning there! It’s also a quieter part of the beach which we enjoyed. Place is not fancy but very clean and the owner communicated well. It’s exactly what we needed for a weekend getaway. Will definitely stay here again.

Great condo and location

A perfect condo for our family of four (two of which are teenagers). Loved that the 2nd bedroom had two full beds. Had all the amenities we needed and they even left us snacks and water. Great little welcoming touch. Perfect location. Easy access to the beach and it was not busy at all due to no large condos nearby. Owner very easy to work with and had no issues.

A little slice of heaven

This was the nicest and cleanest place that we have ever stayed. There’s a few things that need replacing, but everything overall was perfect. We bought frozen pizzas so a pizza pan and pizza cutter would be nice. Also, extra garbage bags too. We bought some and left for the next guest(s). The washer and dryer were a plus. The beds were so comfy and the towels were fluffy and quick drying. It made our stay very enjoyable and relaxing. The balcony was one of our favorites, watching the lizards, mice, birds, and the sunrises and sunsets. We already miss it.

Overall stay was good. Property manager said their usual house cleaner was on vacation so they had to find a step in replacement prior to our stay. Everything was good with some exceptions; we did find a lot of of sand on the couch upon check in and the house cleaner did not leave big trash bags for our stay except for the original one that was placed. A broom and dust pan in the condo would have been nice to have to help clean up after beach visits.

Too long to get security deposit back!

Very nice condo. Very clean, great views, super comfortable beds, well equipped. But, having to wait 2 weeks to get the security deposit back is completely ridiculous! Never, in all the times I have been on any type of trip have I had to wait more than maybe 3 days for that back. Very disappointed about that!

Great Location!

Great location on the beach! This was the main reason we booked here! My husband doesn’t like spending all day at the beach like I do and since the condo is so close to the beach I could take the kids to the beach and he could still see us from the balcony so it worked out great. Beds are very comfy and they provide a lot of towels/washcloths which was nice! Internet worked great and had 3 smart tvs in the unit which was also nice when we were in the condo. Pool was nice and private which is a plus! We were not aware of how many stairs we would have to climb though. From the pictures in the listing, it makes it look like it’s a small flight of stairs. We had a pregnant family member come with us so it wasn’t very pleasant for her to climb that many stairs. So that was a little misleading. I also think it would be good to know before arriving that there was only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, and no trash bags. It’s pretty typical to not have those things but most places I’ve rented from mention it in the check-in process/info. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would stay here again!

The condo was wonderful! The only minor issue was that the cleaners were still finishing up for about 15 minutes after our check-in time, so we had to wait a little longer to unpack while the floors dried. Other than that, everything was perfect—we loved waking up to the sunrise each morning and relaxing on the balcony.

This was a perfect place for a weekend getaway. The unit was clean, well stocked and accomodating. The location was a quick walk to the beach. I have already tried to book another stay here but it is not available. I will defin to plan another weekend trip.itely try tovstay here when I am trying

We had such a lovely stay on Pensacola Beach! The condo is a little older but very well-kept, cozy, and nicely decorated. The bed and linens were so comfortable — definitely high quality, which made for a great night’s sleep. The condo had everything we needed to feel right at home, from kitchen essentials to extra touches that made our stay easy.The location is unbeatable — right on the water with absolutely gorgeous views. It was so relaxing to sit out and enjoy the scenery. Just note there’s no elevator, which wasn’t a problem for us but might be worth knowing for anyone with mobility concerns.Overall, it’s the perfect spot for a relaxing beach getaway. We’d absolutely stay here again!

The condo has a great view and was literally on the beach. It was super clean and had all the amenities we needed. However, the neighborhood will prevent us from coming back to this location. We stayed 3 nights. One day our car had a flat tire because of a screw in the tire and the next day our car was egged along with the rest of the cars parked with us.

Fall Break

Highly recommend Right ON the Beach! I took my teenage son and his friend and we had the best time. The location is perfect and the property manager was very helpful. Hope to return again sometime soon!

So good rented a second time

This is the second time this year great place perfect spot beautiful beach, beautiful scenery very quiet place very private place with only four units. We’re going to come back twice a year.

On the Beach - Awesome

Great condo. I had trouble with steps due to my disability. Otherwise very nice condo on the beach. If going up a couple flights of stairs are not a problem, then this is a great condo

Beautiful views!

Full kitchen was nice, had everything we needed (2 more chairs on balcony would have been nice and maybe some beach towels and plastic cups for the beach). Was clean and comfortable! And the view was superb!!!
