House Rules:
1. Small dogs 50lbs and under may be allowed WITH a pet fee of $150. Please contact us for prior approval. No aggressive breeds; no cats.
2. Please treat the property with care and respect.
3. If any property damage or maintenance needs occur, please communicate with us immediately. For emergencies, please call 911; then notify your property managers.
4. No parties or events allowed.
5. Please observe Walton County quiet hours of 10:00pm - 6:00am.
6. No street or sidewalk parking is permitted in the neighborhood. The home has a driveway that may fit three cars (some have fit four small cars). Any additional parking necessary might be found a short walk down the street (outside of the neighborhood).
7. The booking guest MUST be at least 21 years of age and present throughout the entire stay!
Due to the fact that we are in a residential neighborhood surrounded by families and other guests, please honor our community as well our my home. Please keep the noise down after 10:00 p.m.

Welcome! We are delighted to host you and want every guest to enjoy a 5-star experience. To help us maintain the highest level of care, please treat the property with respect and follow these simple guidelines.
Respect for the Property & Neighbors
• 🚭 No smoking in or around the property. If smoking outdoors, please fully extinguish and dispose of cigarette butts in the trash receptacle.
• 🤫 Please respect our neighbors and observe Walton County Quiet Hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
• 🧺 Do not hang towels or clothing from balconies or railings.
• 🚗 No overnight street parking (HOA violation). Only two vehicles are permitted in the driveway.
Care Inside the Home
• 🍽️ Please avoid eating on couches or in beds.
• 🚽 Only toilet paper should be flushed — no wipes or feminine products.
• 🌬️ Keep the A/C set no lower than 68°F to prevent freezing.
◦ When leaving, set the thermostat to 74°F or higher.
◦ Keep doors and windows closed while the A/C is running.
• 🧴 Makeup washcloths are provided — please use these to avoid staining towels.
Outdoor & Beach Use
• 🏖️ Remove sand from all belongings before entering the home.
• 🚿 Rinse off beach gear and store it in the garage or designated outdoor area — do not bring sandy gear inside.
• 🔥 If the property has a grill:
◦ Treat it as a courtesy amenity.
◦ Clean thoroughly after each use, including grease pans.
◦ Cover it when finished to protect from the weather.
Pets
• 🐾 Dogs 50 lbs and under may be allowed with prior approval and a $150 pet fee. No aggressive breeds; no cats.
• Pets are not permitted on furniture at any time.
• Please pick up after your pet and properly dispose of waste.

Additional Guidelines
• 📦 We do not have mailbox access — please arrange all deliveries to a nearby postal store or pickup location.
• 👶 Children should never be left unattended on balconies.
• 🗑️ Securely bag all trash before placing it in the outdoor receptacle.
◦ Roll carts to the curb on trash pickup days (we’ll send reminders).
• 💡 We provide basic starter supplies for your convenience. If you need additional items for larger groups or longer stays, please plan accordingly.
• 🏡 No parties or events permitted.
• 📝 Upon booking, you’ll be required to sign a short rental agreement between the guest and property manager.
Assistance
If any maintenance issues or property damage occur, please contact us immediately so we can assist promptly. For emergencies, call 911 first, then notify your property manager.
Guest Age Requirement
The booking guest must be at least 25 years old and present throughout the entire stay.
