Beautiful Havasu Home

This is a very nice home in a quiet neighborhood that has good access to downtown and the lake. Communication with the owner was excellent. It has everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

Super clean, great communication, exceeded expectations!

I booked this stay for 2 months as a solo trip out of cold weather. Jim (the owner) from the start was quick to respond to any questions I had. Before arrival, I had all instructions needed to make for a great stay. The house was spacious, fully stocked very clean and had EVERYthing I needed. It was even better than the photos. As a solo traveler, staying in a safe neighborhood was important — again, this exceeded expectations. I quickly became friends with the neighbors and felt safe on my morning runs. It's even quieter than my suburban neighborhood! Anything you need (grocery, shopping, beaches, parks, lake) is all within 5-10 minutes easily. When a few small issues popped up with the house, Jim was very quick to get someone to take care of it. His people were very professional and courteous. The backyard is quiet and private, perfect for relaxation and a meal. Wifi was super quick and cel service perfect which was important as I run my business online. The house has a welcoming "home" feeling and you're able to make it your own. I had visitors only a few nights of my stay and there was plenty of space for us. It had nearly everything you needed and I had to buy very little. If you're thinking of booking this house, I can't speak highly enough of the quality of the house and Jim. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat. Top notch stay, thank you!
