A great place with a beautiful view

We spend a week with children and grandchildren in this beautiful villa with large pool. It was more beautiful than the pictures, everything we needed was there. Fine beach at Le Barcares and the lovely city of Perpignan nearby. We had a lovely time

We stayed in the house with two families, had a great time there with a big pool. We hat a very good communikation with the landlord in French.

Airco was stuk, kwam kwalijke geur uit (schimmel), keuken was amper genoeg voor 12 personen, uitzicht en zwembad maakten veel goed maar toch voor deze prijs hadden we meer verwacht, we dachten fietsen te hebben ,helaas.

Het huis zelf vertoonde meerdere gebreken, deuren die niet dicht kunnen waardoor deze continu klapperen als het waait/ramen die niet op tochtstand kunnen/electriciteit die meerdere keren uitvalt/koelkast die ineens gaat vriesen waardoor we inhoud konden weggooien. Het is een behoorlijk beedag wat er wordt gevraagd maar dit is veel te hoog met huizen die we eerder hebben gehuurd

A notre arrivée, la piscine avait des grandes traces d'algues vertes et malgré notre demande, elle est restée partiellement verte pendant toute la première semaine. C'est dommage. Nous avions fait le choix de payer la prestation pour chauffer la piscine mais comme il n'y a aucun moyen de couverture, la température n'a pas dépassée les 21° la deuxième de semaine. Grande maison sympathique mais seulement 2 WC pour 12 personnes. Certains équipements sont défectueux ou de mauvaise qualité (abattant wc défectueux, fer à repasser bas de gamme)

Top, rien à redire !

Il n’y a rien à redire. Superbe villa, nous n’avons manqué de rien, tout est fait pour passer une semaine de vacances très reposantes. Cuisine plus que bien équipée, la climatisation dans chaque chambre est un vrai bonheur. La terrasse ainsi que l’espace piscine est parfait. Le terrain de pétanque venant compléter l’installation nous a fait passer de superbes soirées. Je recommande et nous gardons l’adresse. Merci à Jean-Marc pour son accueil.

Rustig en mooi uitzicht

We hebben genoten van de privacy en de rust, mooi zwembad en terras met uitstekende bbq. Binnen ook alles in orde met moderne keuken en sanitair en goeie airco. Gelegen in een wijk op het einde van de straat als laatste huis, in de dennenbossen, met mooi zicht op de omliggende bergtoppen, op een kwartiertje van Perpignan.
