Spacious and luxury five bedroom, four bathroom villa with private heated pool, set on the edge of the famous, wine-producing village of Fitou. Amazing location to explore the whole area with only short drives in any direction. We can offer flexible changeover day avoiding busy Saturdays. High speed WiFi throughout the Villa - fibre optic Orange Fr.
It has a private heated swimming pool with sun terrace and BBQ area. A large elevated terrace boasting beautiful views of the inland saltwater lagoons, Mediterranean Sea and the Chateau de Fitou, which is illuminated at night. The property accommodates maximum 8 people comfortably - we recommend max. 8 adults, or 6 adults with 2 children/teenagers, or 4 adults with 4 children/teenagers. Its five bedrooms and four bathrooms can comfortably accommodate two families on separate floors. The villa is light and airy and fully equipped to an exceptionally high standard. The fully fitted Schmidt kitchen with granite worktops leads onto a spacious open-plan living and dining area. Local village amenities are just 8-10 min walk and the Mediterranean's sandy beaches and ports are a 10 mins drive.

We love France and have enjoyed many wonderful, happy family holidays in Fitou.
It is a warm and welcoming village and the surrounding area offers something for everyone.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this area because of its natural beauty, multitude of places to explore and activities for all ages. Having owned property in the Fitou area for a number of years, we know it will be a popular destination for prospective holiday-makers from all over the world.
We worked with a fabulous builder to create a wonderful holiday home. The photos are a true reflection of the current quality and standards we strive to maintain and the garden is even more beautifully established this year creating more privacy.
Our villa is perfectly located for all the attractions of the coastal resorts and sandy beaches (10 min drive) with the advantage of the privacy of the villa and our heated pool when you choose.

What makes this property unique

As well as Cave D'Agnes and Vidals in Fitou village (10 min walk), Leucate Village (10 min drive) also has a wonderful selection of excellent restaurants. Last summer saw the opening of a further two amazing restaurants in Fitou village (Le Toit Vert & Le Moulin), fabulous food yet reasonably priced.
We are well equipped for young ones, incl. 2 cots, 2 highchairs, bed guards, baby bath seat, potty, changing mat, kids' cups/plates and a detachable stairgate.
The heated pool has an electric cover.
We have UK Sky TV freeview channels (i.e BBC/ITV/Sky News) and wifi is now available in the village bar/tabac and other local places. There are two high powered hairdryers available for your use in the master bedrooms.
