Great place to spend time relaxing with family

The house is lovely, bright, airy with absolutely everything you need, the air con was a must and very appreciated. Pool is lovely, just big enough for volleyball and to dive in safely. Pool man comes every couple of days, cleans and waters garden. Ver nice. Great location to visit Mirepoix, carcassonne and other places

villa de plein pied avec piscine sans vis a vis .

Bel accueil de la gérante Michelle dont mes filles garderont un excellent souvenir ainsi que mon conjoint et moi. Villa de plein pied avec piscine attenante sans vis-à-vis . Villa très propre bien équipée proche castelnaudary à 4km et Carcassonne à 35mn , à 1h de narbonne . Villa au calme en pleine campagne . Nous avons pu déguster les figues de la propriété un régal. Belle région à visiter ou juste se reposer : les commerces sont à 4km de la propriété : lidl, intermarche , restaurants .... balade le long du canal du midi .

Très belle maison avec piscine et jardin. Dans laquelle Il ne manque rien. Michelle, la propriétaire est très sympathique et à l ecoute. Très bon séjour calme et reposant.

Perfect place for relaxation and sun.

We have just returned from two excellent weeks staying at Christian & Michelle’s property in Fendeille and we would definitely recommend this holiday home. On arrival, we were warmly greeted by Christian and Michelle, who gave us a tour and showed us how everything worked - there was even some goodies for us as part of a welcome pack. The kitchen was well equipped and the air conditioning in the living/dining room was welcome on the hotter days. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space. There are two bathrooms, one containing a bath and two sinks, the other, an en-suite, with a shower and two sinks. There is one toilet in the property which is located off the living room. The best part of this house though was the terrace and pool area. The pool was so refreshing with the hot weather and easy to keep clean with the ‘robot’. The covered terrace area meant that everyone could enjoy being outside even if they didn’t want to be directly in the sun. We ate all of our meals outside - there is also a barbecue next to the terrace so even easier for ‘alfresco’ dining. There is an Intermarche (hyper market) and a Lidl, both four minutes drive away. The beautiful walled city of Carcassonne is a must, for visiting, and only thirty minutes drive away. The property itself is very conveniently located a few minutes from the motorway, however you would never guess this, as the property is so peaceful. We had everything we needed for a perfect stay but Christian was only ever a message away if we needed to ask anything - Google translate came in very handy. Thank you Christian & Michelle for being great hosts, we hope to return in the future.
