Very bright, south-facing, fully air-conditioned with double glazing.One bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a wardrobe.A bathroom with bath, wash basin, toilet and towel dryer.The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, hob, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee maker.The living room is furnished with a dining area (a table with 4 seats), a convertible sofa corner, with a 140cm bed (real mattress). Perfect location for a short visit to Nice

The AC worked great! Bed was comfortable. Shower wall did not do a good job of keeping water in the tub. Apparently this is the case with most people as we were supplied with 3 bath mats to mop up the floor. The bathtub did not have a plug so you could not take a bath instead.
