The space
Kitchen Area:
Our kitchen is fully furnished, you will find everything necessary to host a dinner. You'll also find a new Keurig coffee brewer and fully stocked supply of coffee to give you that boost you'll need to get going each morning!

The dining table seats 4. Serving/dinnerware available for many more!
Breakfast area in the kitchen, that seats 3

Guest Rooms
Guest rooms are spacious and offer lots of privacy. You’ll find 1 king and 2 queen beds, and a 1 full bed and 1 pull out couch bed. It comes complete with its own iron, ironing board and laundry basket in the laundry room.

Living Room
The living room area features 55-inch Samsung LED TV. Want to just Netflix and chill? TVs come with an Amazon Fire stick for your personal enjoyment.

Laundry
Dirty clothes? No problem. We've got a washer and dryer onsite.

Connectivity
You're on vacation, but if you need to stay connected, our home is powered with 175MB WIFI connection. Take a few photos of the space and share with your friends on F.B, Instagram or Snap-- they'll be jealous!

For your safety and security, this home is equipped with schlage smart Lock and Arlo doorbell camera as well as various other cameras located on the exterior of the property to ensure security and privacy during your stay. Guests will be provided with a unique entry code upon confirmation of stay.

The Yard
If you need to take a breather from the hustle and bustle of the inside, our simply landscaped backyard will provide just enough greenery for your needs. If you're traveling with pets, the yard is great! (Please be sure to pick up after your pet and keep the yard poop-free for other guests!)

Unprofessional host who I could never get in touch with leading up to checking in for the actual dates. Was my first experience with vrbo. Not a user friendly app nor was the host available for contact until he cancelled my stay after check in time

The worst experience ever! When we arrived, there’s a very strong smell in the house like chemicals or just the scent of an old house that was not taken cared of. The AC is not working in one room, several bulbs not working or if not, it’s blinking. LOTS and LOTS of bugs! Small and adults cockroaches, and even have a mouse roaming around the house. The laundry was a plus but smells like gas. Communicated my concern with the owner and responded after severals days but didn’t do anything about it. Floors are dirty and the fridge kept on dripping water despite effort to mop and kept it dry, which caused my 10 yo to slip and get hurt. First time with verbo and was so disappointed!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Our team travels and stays in rentals across the country frequently and this property is DISGUSTING! We were completely ripped off and never even could stay at this property for any duration at all. He ROBBED us and never gave any chance of fixing his UNSECURE, FILTHY, and UNSAFE property. The front door does not seal and has a huge gap at the bottom, allowing BUGS and MOSQUITOS to take over the property. There was DIRT and GRIME all over, on counters, bathrooms, laundry room, ceiling, floors. Top to bottom, it was GROSS. What a horrible house for Vrbo to allow as a listing. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Ideal Place for Gatherings

The house was as great as I had expected it to be. As soon as I walked in, I was hit with a very clean smell. There is so much space and places to sleep. The amenities were great and useful. Solid kitchen...I love a gas stove. Biggest gold star for me was communication with the owner. He is very VERY responsive and cares about his guests. If he has the opportunity, he will show up to fix ant issues you may have immediately. Also very friendly and accommodating. If you have a family group or small group of friends get together, THIS is a good place.

Golf Trip

We were on a short golf trip with my son, my brother-in-law and nephew. House was big enough for all of us. Water in fridge and Kuerig coffee available was a real nice touch. We left house early in morning and returned in late evening. Saw no neighbors, but area looked nice. Would stay here again if we happen to re-visit. Thanks to owner for all his assistance!

Peaceful

I really enjoyed my stay it was peaceful and it was enough room for what I had planned for my wife for her birthday. It was also in close proximity to all the shopping. I really enjoyed and would stay again
