- Cleaning must be done by the tenant at the end of the stay. A mandatory "intermediate cleaning" fee is charged 50 Euros at the time of booking and corresponds to the disinfection and preparation of the house between two tenants. For those who do not want to think about cleaning before their departure, we also offer a "complete cleaning" package as an option for 100 euros.
