The house, facing south, is ideally located. It is close to the city center (10mn on foot), the Thalasso (100m on foot) and the beach of Roch-Croum (100m on foot).

The new pavilion is located in a residence "Les hortensias".
Pavilion of 103m² on 310m² of land, south-facing plot completely closed out of sight and guaranteed safety for children.

You will find all the indoor and outdoor comfort for young and old.

Sleeping for 7 people, Ch1 (ground floor): 160 bed, Ch2: 160 bed and desk, Ch3: 3 beds of 90 with view of Perharidy bay.
2 bathrooms, one with chromotherapy bath and bluetooth music and the other with 140x90 shower (ground floor)
Separate WC on the ground floor and upstairs.
Living room Kitchen, living room, fully equipped living room (all equipment and comfort)
The facilities are resolutely contemporary and comfortable.

Back in Roscoff

This is a superb property everything in excellent condition and convenient for the town centre and coast. All in all one of the best properties we have stayed in.

Séjour parfait !

Le gîte est parfait ! Situé idéalement à Roscoff, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. La literie est parfaite, l’intérieur est propre, pratique. Tout est prévu pour le confort. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et à l’écoute. Bref, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Excellent sejour

Bien qu'ayant eu une météo typiquement bretonne, alternant soleil, pluie et vent dans la même journée, nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Roscoff. Il faut dire que la maison que nous avons louée a rassemblé toutes les conditions pour que tout se passe pour le mieux. Située proche de la mer, des commerces et des restaurants, elle est très bien équipée avec même un spa extérieur et 2 vélos mis à disposition des voyageurs. Enfin, Yves, notre hôte, est une personne tout à fait charmante qui nous a mis à l'aise dès notre arrivée. Nous recommandons donc cette location.

Vacances à 2 couples et 3 enfants

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour à Roscoff dans cette maison. La maison est très bien équipée (literie, vaiselle, jeux, volets extérieurs, meubles de jardins...) et tout est joliment aménagé. Elle est bien située près de la plage et pratique (parking 2 voitures devant la maison et garage pour vélos...) Le seul petit point négatif, l'insonorisation des murs et les portes qui clapent lors de fenêtres ouvertes. Nous avons été ravi de séjourner dans cette maison.

La maison est neuve et pleinement équipée. Elle se situe à 50 m de la plage et le centre ville est accessible à pied. Yves est très agréable et arrangeant. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

superbe region

Nous avons passés une superbe semaine familiale en visitant cette belle region. La maison Tybihan est idéalement située et très agréable, conforme a la description de l'annonce. La chambre et la salle de bain plein pied ont été très appréciés pour mamie. Yves a été très accueillant. je recommande cette location et j'y reviendrai avec plaisir.

Impeccable

Maison haut de gamme, moderne, fonctionnelle, avec une magnifique terrasse plein sud. Tout est de qualité, spacieux, bien conçu, quasi neuf. L'emplacement est idéal, à 2 minutes à pied des magasins, dans un petit clos. La literie est très très confortable, ce qui est rare dans les locations. Bref, rien à dire, on se sent comme chez soi. Attention cependant si vous louez en hiver, le chauffage (très) performant est électrique. Cela fonctionne merveilleusement bien, les radiateurs sont modernes et chauffent rapidement, mais cela pourrait générer un sérieux surcoût en fin de séjour. En un mot comme en cent : parfait !

Super séjour

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine. La maison offre tout le confort que l'on peut espérer. La décoration est moderne et de très bon goût. Les propriétaires sont des personnes très sympathiques qui nous ont réservé un très bel accueil. La localisation dans Roscoff est parfaite et la localité est vraiment charmante. On gardera un très bon souvenir de ces vacances.
