Enjoy this Beautiful two story MONTHLY RENTAL unit located on the left side of the property just a few steps from the Bay, literally! This home away from home has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a large kitchen including all stainless-steel appliances along with a washer and dryer inside of the home. But WAIT!!!!!

Don't wander Too Far..... You can enjoy sitting outside on one of the three patios of this two-level home while watching the sunrise or set over the bay while listening to the splashing waves. If that doesn't suffice or grab your attention just enjoy the streets of Ocean View or take a gander over to the Bold Mariner Brewing Company. This property has its own private access to the beach where you can enjoy quiet walks, or having fun in the sun. After your fun in the sand, you can come and rinse off using the shared outdoor shower located on the first level deck. We also offer free games, beach chairs, and toys for your children along with free wireless internet and cable. Come to our part of the BEACH - THE BEST ESCAPE ANYONE CAN HAVE! For one monthly price, you can enjoy this short-term rental.

Beach house

The property was beautiful and the property manager was very communicative. It was right on the beach. The only issue is that my friend had gotten flea bites that she noticed the next day after we had checked out which could have only come from this place. So perhaps needs stricter no pets policy and more thorough cleaning, otherwise would have been perfect.
