3 bedroom and 2 bath cottage nestled between the Chesapeake Bay and Little Bay. Master bedroom has queen size barn door bed, walk in closet, with en suite bathroom. Second bedroom has queen size barn door bed with full closet. Third bedroom has two bunk beds and full closet. Second bath is located conveniently between second and third bedroom. Kitchen offers refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and all cooking utensils. Crockpot, toaster, coffee pot, and pots and pans lets you cook just like you were at home. Living room has flat screen television with cable and full size sleeper sofa. Front porch has comfy wicker furniture and table with four chairs to dine al fresco. Parking is ample in drive way and under the house. Bring your boat and vehicles!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Start dishes in dishwasher. Take out all trash.
Start towels in washing machine.
Strip beds and put sheets and pillow cases on top of dryer
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Bay Dream Cottage is decorated in a coastal farmhouse style. The front porch has 2 comfy wicker rockers and wicker sofa. We offer a table with 4 chairs to dine outside. The kitchen and living room are open to one another to allow family to be together. Dine together at our beautiful heart of pine farm house table.
