You will also enjoy two large terraces with splendid views of the Var countryside and a heated swimming pool surrounded by greenery.

Located just one kilometer from the hilltop village of Claviers, accessible via a semi-pedestrian path, this villa is ideally situated between the beaches of the Mediterranean Sea, the Gorges du Verdon, and Lake Saint Cassien, making it the perfect base from which to discover or rediscover the region. It is surrounded by estates where you can taste the best wines and olive oils of Provence. You will have quick and easy access to all the most beautiful places in Provence while enjoying the peace and charm of a Provençal villa.

Fantastic hidden gem up in the hills

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, if only we could have extended our holiday another week! Lovely views from the terrace, the weather was spectacular and we spent most days relaxing around the pool. The property is dog friendly, it’s the first time we brought our dog abroad so it worked out well. The lack of air-con meant it was on the hot side overnight, some fans would have been beneficial. Thank you Maria & Armand for our wonderful stay.

Belle maison mais à améliorer

Belle maison provençale spacieuse en pleine nature, vue incroyable sur les montagnes. Localisation parfaite, au milieu de villages varois perchés. Seul gros bémol, les équipements vétustes voir HS mis à disposition des locataires : ventilateur, transat, parasol et lampe cassés, vaisselles ébréchées et sales. Au prix pratiqué, c’est un peu décevant. Les frais supplémentaires (linge de maison, ménage) sont incroyablement élevés versus la prestation. Gros potentiel donc pour ce petit bijou ❤️

Bonjour Maxime, nous avons malheureusement constaté apres votre semaine de location que les personnes qui avaient loué avant vous avaient endommagé énormément d'équipements mis à disposition, remplacés depuis. Nous regettons ne pas l'avoir constaté au moment de leur départ mais nous avons pour habitude de faire confiance aux locataires et cela se passe toujours très bien à cette exception prêt. Concernant les tarifs des prestations, nous refacturons sans marge les tarifs appliquées par l'agence de gestion. Nous n'avions jusqu'à présent eu aucun commentaire négatif à ce sujet et donc partons du principe que les prestations sont de qualité. En tout état de cause, nous vous remercions de votre commentaire qui nous aide à nous améliorer.

Magnifique villa au milieu des oliviers

Vaste maison fonctionnelle dans un environnement très calme et qui reste fraîche en été. Vue magnifique. Situation idéale pour les randonnées et les balades vers les gorges du Verdon et les villages perchés du Var.

belle villa avec une superbe vue il y a quelques petites choses à revoir comme nous étions 4 adultes mais 2bols pour le petit déjeuner fuite d'eau au niveau du lave vaisselle nous avons du relavé de la vaisseau sale qui était dans le placard au niveaux de la balancelle herbe non tondus pas de pression d eau quand on prend une à l étage et au rez de chaussé sûrement un problème de ballons d eau chaude top de clarté dans les chambres voilà se que je peu vous dire sinon séjour agréable

La perfection!

La maison est immergée dans la verdure et la piscine est entourée d'un beau jardin. La disposition de la maison signifiait que chacun avait son propre espace et beaucoup d'intimité. La ville voisine se trouve à 15 minutes à pied et la nuit, vous pourrez rencontrer de sympathiques sangliers. L'endroit idéal pour des vacances. Je le recommande à tout le monde.

We hebben heerlijke 2 weken gehad in mooie omgeving Lekker zwembad bij het huis Waterpark, bezienswaardigheden en strand allemaal binnen uurtje rijden Dagje Cannes is ook de moeite waard Kortom waren 2 heerlijke weken Kom graag nog eens terug.
