Private Holiday Villa with Pool walking distance to Claviers

Villa La Passe is a cosy private holiday villa with pool, 4 bedrooms, 3 en-suite bathrooms and a separate bathroom. The villa has two large halls with an open plan, fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops. Both living rooms open onto a south facing terrace which includes a Pizza oven and barbecue, an outdoor kitchen/dining area with its own sound.

The villa has its own heated pool surrounded by sun terraces for use from April to October (if weather allows). The pool terrace is fully gated for added security for families with young children. All rooms are fully air-conditioned.
The master bedroom has its own south facing sun terrace on the first floor. Each bedroom has a hair dryer.

Villa La Passe is set in several acres of terraced olive grove, near the beautiful Provençal village of Claviers. The village has two restaurants, a bar, a wine-bar, a bakery as well as a small village shop (Proxi). The villa is a ten minute walk from the village centre with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Parking for two cars is available on the private driveway with additional space in front of the property.

The house has been completely renovated during 2016, including all bathrooms. The villa is tiled with travertine floor tiles throughout. Externally, there are sunbathing terraces in the lower and upper pool levels. The property is south facing and is in the sun all day. However, the outside room terrace as well as a respektive terrace in the lower levels provides for enough shadow during the day with beautiful south facing views of the pool. The outdoor kitchen has a child safety gate and also provides a shaded area for young children during the day. The outdoor kitchen is fully equipped with sink, granite countertop, refrigerator, traditional wood burning clay oven and grill. There is a large dining table and 8 chairs.

The garden terraces are planted with olive and fig trees, and back onto a natural forest. If you have a small child, there is a travel cot available.

All rooms of the villa are air-conditioned.
Bathroom facilities include shower trays and hairdryers.
