The Villa des Alouettes is located in the residential area of Haut-Boucau ... a COMFORTABLE pied-à-terre 10 minutes from the BEACHES to discover the region.
The ideal place for a HOLIDAY with your family or friends!

# THE HOUSE

I welcome you in a magnificent 100m2 FULL-FLOOR holiday home which has the advantage of being AIR CONDITIONED and offering open spaces to the outside.

With a capacity of 6 people, you will have 3 beautiful rooms with storage space:

- Bedroom 1: 1 bed 140x190 + dressing room + desk
- Bedroom 2 : bed 140x190 + dressing room
- Bedroom 3 : 2 beds 90x190 + dressing room + desk

The open kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, etc.) and opens onto the television room.

To complete the apartment, there is a bathroom with a bath and shower and a separate toilet with a hand basin.

The configuration and the beautiful volumes make the Villa des Alouettes a comfortable HOLIDAY HOME for a large FAMILY or 2 COUPLES OF FRIENDS with children.

★ A large 15m2 VÉRANDA with garden furniture where to take a reading break.

★ A landscaped GARDEN where to rest in the deckchairs in peace and quiet listening to the sound of the water flowing in the small RED FISH POND.

★ A SECURE PARKING area behind the ELECTRIC GATE allowing to park 2 cars.

★ A TERRACE at the back of the house with an exotic wood table and 6 chairs where you can have your meals or share an aperitif.

★ A small electric BARBECUE for your grills.

★ A reversible AIR CONDITIONING for a pleasant temperature all year round, whether in summer or winter.

# IN THE VICINITY

The house is located in a QUIET area in the residential district of Haut-Boucau.

The Intermarché Boucau is just 5 minutes walk away (500m) while all the local shops and the market are concentrated in the centre of Boucau, 5 minutes drive from the house.

There is a children's playground 50m from the house as well as a hard court for basketball and football.
(There are also containers for recycling glass and paper).

The first beaches are 10 minutes away from the Villa des Alouettes.

My favourite is undoubtedly the wild BEACH of the METRO in Tarnos (4,9km) where you can park in the shade under the pine forest and where it is possible to isolate yourself by walking a little... even in summer!!!
Of course, there is also a supervised swimming area opposite the stairs where you can swim safely under the supervision of lifeguards.

And if you want to put your towel down on the sand of the beautiful beaches of ANGLET (10km), it takes only 20 minutes by car.
I also have a partnership with a surf school on the Cavaliers beach in Anglet if you want to do a course.

→ If you like THALASSO, don't forget to add a swimming costume in your suitcase (preferential rates thanks to a partnership for my tenants).

# RENTAL CONDITIONS :

- LINEN is NOT INCLUDED in the rental. It is an OPTIONAL service.
For your stay, you can :
> either bring your OWN bed linen and towels
> or RENT LINEN KITS from the dry cleaners which will be installed on your arrival (rental up to 1 week: double bed 35€, single bed 20€, additional week +15€ per bed).
The linen kit includes bed linen (fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillow case), bathroom linen (1 shower sheet and 1 towel per person), bath mats and dish towels.
In all cases, the use of fitted sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases is compulsory for reasons of hygiene (a sleeping bag is not sufficient).
And of course, the rented linen must be returned in good condition on departure.

- Following the reservation, the tenant will receive a REGISTRATION FORM to be filled in with these details and a scan of his/her ID to validate the stay.

- A SECURITY DEPOSIT of 1.000€ by credit card imprint will be requested before arrival (3D secure authorization link). It will be returned after verification of the accommodation by the cleaning team. Your credit card will not be charged (except of course in case of damages noticed after your stay).
