Chalet Blanc du Moulin, a charming vacation home with a pool

Located 2 km from Exit 5 of the A62 (Bordeaux–Toulouse), the “Chalet Blanc” is one of three fully equipped, high-comfort holiday rentals at the Moulin de Tarres in Bas Ste Marthe (47430), just 8 minutes from Marmande. 2 separate bedrooms with double beds, living room, air conditioning, and heating. Fully self-contained, set in a 5-hectare protected area. The estate features a river and pond running through the grounds, along with wildlife. Meals available. Heated pool.

Accommodation
Like the other two cottages, Le Chalet Blanc offers access to the pool, which is heated year-round to between 27 and 30 degrees depending on the outside temperature, and covered in winter

In the Moulin’s 5-hectare grounds, facing the pond and its grey herons, you’ll find a living room with a sofa, air conditioning in summer, heating in winter, a TV with digital terrestrial and satellite channels, a fully equipped kitchenette, and two separate bedrooms with queen-size beds, each with its own shower room and toilet.

Outdoor terrace. Weber-style barbecue.

Available to guests of all 3 chalets: laundry room with washing machine, ping-pong table, and exhibitions at Le Moulin. Option for overnight stay with dinner or full board.
