Top floor apartment in a restored Jones Street brick free standing 3-story home. Stay on the prettiest street in the USA. Tons of natural light. Private laundry. Kitchen has gorgeous granite counters and a dishwasher.

Two king bedrooms, the larger one has an extra alcove room with day bed, and full bathroom off the hallway equally accessible to both. Living room has a love seat pullout for 1 person if needed.

$15 flat fee for use of one Private Off Street Parking Space Behind the Home! Additional vehicles will have to park on-street where parking is free around the home.

The house is cute, nicely furnished and well appointed. It is conveniently located in the beautiful historic district within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions and may be a great stay at certain times of the year. However, I cannot recommend staying here in the summertime. The air conditioning system is insufficient for the hot Savannah summer and made the apartment uncomfortable all day and well into the night.

The air conditioning works normally in this apartment. In Savannah in late July we always have some tourists from northern areas a bit shocked by the heat and humidity here when it’s over 100 heat index. The central air removes the humidity and blasts cold air resulting in the inside air 20 degrees cooler than the outside air. At night this means it can be quite cold inside. And during the day it is still far cooler and feels chilled due to the reduced humidity as you walk indoors compared to outdoors. Remember the historic houses in Savannah’s Historic District are not allowed to replace single pane glass windows with modern insulated ones so it’s very important to keep curtains closed etc as well during the peak sunny time of the day in summer.

Perfect location to explore all of Savannah. The layout of the penthouse was great for us. Back stairs somewhat scary, but we managed just fine.

Fantastic stay

Had the most wonderful girls weekend. Beds are huge and comfortable. Location could not be more perfect and we were able to walk to everything. We loved the house decor and amenities. House was clean and beautiful. Would recommend to anyone.

See my review from September. The stay was just as nice. The dryer worked great this time too. We love this beautiful apartment on this gorgeous street! Fox and Fig around the corner is also delicious.

Historic and charming 3rd floor apt. Well stocked and comfortable for my wife and i. Additionally, within walking distance to explore a beautiful city. Be careful on both front and back steps! Need to fix internet service to ensure seamless service for both TVs and mobile devices

Perfect Location

We had the absolute best time during this stay. The Penthouse was in the perfect location. We were able to walk everywhere in downtown Savannah. The host was super friendly and quick to respond when we had questions. The stairs were steep going up to the Penthouse but as long as you use walk slowly they aren’t too bad. We would definitely stay here again.

Quick getaway

This was a wonderful little place. The location was superb, everything felt like a 5 min walk. The stairs were a little scary but not dangerous.The pull out sofa bed was not great but the king bed was amazing!
