About this property

This lovely Villa with 5 Bedrooms and 5 Ensuite Bathrooms and open plan living space has everything you need for a relaxing vacation in Florida. It has 2 King Master Suites with Ensuite Bathrooms on the Ground Floor, along with a Queen Bedroom with Ensuite Bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher. It also has a breakfast table which seats 6 persons nestled in the front bay window. There is a formal dining table which seats 8 persons. The living area boasts an amazing view outside and over the lake. It has comfortable seating with a large TV. The 2 Master Suites lead off from the living area. There are patio doors out to the coverd lanai and onto the extended pool deck. There are no rear neighbors and plenty of space next to the home giving it a truly wonderful view during the day as well as spectacular sunset views each evening. There are plenty of loungers, along with a table and chairs for those Al Fresco drinks after a long day at the Parks.

Upstairs there is a small desk area, a Queen room with its own ensuite bathroom and a twin room with 2 single beds and an ensuite bathroom.

A truly wonderful property on a fabulous Resort and situated pefectly for shopping, dining and getting around Orlando - the I4 is a few miles away and it will take you to Florida's East (Atlantic) or West (Gulf) coast so you can enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches.

The Windsor Hills Resort is a gated community which boasts great facilities, all of which are included in your rental price. The Windsor Hills Orlando Resort has a Clubhouse which is open to registered Guests all year round with an arcade and pool room. The Resort features a large communal pool with water slide and hot tub with plenty of sun loungers for relaxing in the sun or shade.

There is an onsite Sundry shop open from 8am - 10pm everyday selling groceries, newspapers, drinks, ice creams and toiletries - just in case you need something quickly. Lcoated near to the Resort is Target, Aldi, Walmart and Publix, so plenty of supermarkets and shops to choose from.
The Windsor Hills Clubhouse also has a state of the art gym for those of you who want to workout. This is open to all registered Guests free of charge. The Windsor Hills Clubhouse also has a 50 seater cinema with daily movie showings. You will need to check with Clubhouse Reception to see what's playing during your vacation. The Clubhouse has a Games Arcade and Pool table for Guest use.
The Resort also has a Sundry shop open from 8am - 10pm everyday selling groceries, newspapers, drinks, ice creams and toiletries - should you need anything in a hurry. The local area near to Windsor Hills is close to several supermarkets - Publix, Walmart, Aldi and Target.
Please note that we do not manage the facilities or amenities at the Windsor Hills Resort.

The pool can be heated for your stay during the winter months for an extra cost.

Amazing

We have stayed at Windsor Hills about 10 times in the past and this was definitely our best accommodation yet. I would give it 6 stars out of 5 if I could. The home was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, backing onto the conservation area and only one side neighbor. We had two small issues that were resolved immediately. The first was a breaker for the pool heat. I let the management company know but didn't expect anyone to come on the weekend but they came right away on a Sunday evening to reset the breaker. The second issue was no picture on our tv after a few days. Within 2 -3 hours a brand new 65" was delivered and set up. I have never dealt with a management company that has been so prompt or polite so thank you to Alex and the gang. We will definitely try to stay at this home again next year.

Great House. Good Location. Nice Neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is located in the back of the subdivision and it was nice not having neighbors behind us. Community was quiet. Just miles from the Disney parks. Close to Walmart for necessities and even though it is just off busy 92, you don't feel like you are in a crowded area. Checking in at the guardhouse the first time was very easy and quick. We met my in-laws there so having two King Owner's Suites on the main floor was fabulous. The property was clean, the furnishings were good quality and the kitchen was well stocked. It was too cold to use the pool, but the pool area was inviting with great seating and sunshine. Game room in the garage was great. Most importantly, the management company was very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. We would definitely stay again!

Great House for Large Family

The house was clean and a great place to stay off of Disney property. Safe gated community with a large pool at the club house and also a private pool. Would have liked to see some simple spices for cooking, salt, pepper, oil etc but it included all the dishes and pans. Nice place will book again but when the weather is cooler.
