The Space:

Welcome to Crossroads Cottage!



This 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom cottage sleeping up to 6 is perfect for business travelers. Centrally located in a transitional neighborhood in downtown Chattanooga with easy access to nearby I-24, this home is a great choice for workers and contractors doing jobs in the area. At the front of the house are an inviting, tastefully decorated living, dining, and kitchen space and a laundry nook with a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, crockpot, and coffee maker as well as dishes and utensils. Down the hallway are three bedrooms—two with queen beds and the third with two twin beds. The master bedroom has a half-bath. A full bathroom with a tub/shower is located just off the hallway for easy access.  Use the charcoal grill to make dinner in the privacy-fenced yard (remember to bring charcoal!). There is a private, gated parking area for your convenience. Parking is also available on the street.

Nice home

It was a very nice home with ample amenities for a short stay. The neighborhood was ok, but there were a lot of random people walking around outside at all hours of the night. Home is very convenient to everything downtown.

Short Chattanooga Trip

Long weekend getaway

We stayed here for a long weekend pre-Christmas trip to see Rock City and Chattanooga. The location is close to downtown and Rock City. You can easily be anywhere in downtown in 5 minutes. The house is super clean and the check-in process was a breeze.

Clean, cute rental close to downtown and lookout mountain.

This was a last minute reservation and I wasn’t sure what to expect, but we ended up being very pleased. It was very clean and well appointed. Easy drive to Lookout Mountain which is where we were visiting. It is in a neighborhood that is trying to be revitalized. There were older houses behind us and new apartments in front. Management was very welcoming and had good communication. Would stay again!

House is fine. clean. some peeling paint and the water never gets super hot. pretty far from the riverfront if you are here for a race (about 1 hour walk) but there is a sidewalk the whole way if you want to do it. its fine. the neighbor is a nice enough fella. kitchen is minimally but adequately stocked.

Great little house

Very clean house. Has everything you need. It’s very comfortable. Definitely need a car as the only place to eat within walking distance that I found was a Kentucky Fried chicken. Questionable neighborhood however I never felt unsafe. Would have loved a couple of chairs on the porch for coffee in the morning.

Nice quiet area, the beds were okay not big enough for 2 adults and a toddler. The hot water ran out fast had to boil water for the kids baths. The kitchen and living room areas were nice and enough room. It was nice overall. We were 10 minutes from the IMAX and aquarium

Nice Little Home

This was a pleasant stay for us on our girls weekend trip. The home is honestly much larger than it appears in that picture and it is located really near the interstate for easy access to downtown or the mountain. Everything was nicely set up and really clean. The back drive had a gate, so the car felt secure and safe. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning in the future.

A place like home

Home was located close to downtown Chattanooga.The home was very comfortable and only a 20 minute drive from where I visited. Sage was very helpful, accommodating and responded to my request in a timely manner. I would definitely stay here again. my request in a timely manner
