“Welcome to Settle on the Sand! With 300 feet to the sugary, white sands of Miramar Beach, your vacation home away from home awaits your arrival! Upgrades include all new stainless steel kitchen appliances including a double oven. Kitchen cabinets are fully stocked with all brand new small appliances, new formal and informal dinnerware, new chef-quality pots and pans, all new bakeware, and new cooking/baking utensils. Enjoy a wonderful beverage/wine bar for making coffee, tea, smoothies, or any adult beverage of your choice. Luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. Main room features a 70" Smart TV,  bedroom 43" Smart TV. All brand new furniture including a Cozy Sleep Queen size sofa sleeper. Mattress inside is a very comfortable 8” plush top mattress. Master bedroom has a brand new luxury king sized mattress. Laundry room includes a full sized washer and dryer as well as beach chairs and beach toys. We know you will enjoy our little piece of paradise as much as we do! Again....Welcome to Settle on the Sand!”

Excellent Getaway

This property is wonderfully located. The pool is just steps off the back patio and is within walking distance to the beach. It is nearby all shopping outlets and many great restaurants. You can't go wrong staying here!
