Tropical Tiki Home 5 Mins to Beach -Pool, Private Putting Green

Just a 5 Minute drive to Beaches or 24 mins to Downtown St. Pete. . Home sleeps up to 12 guests. Phenomenal well thought-out outside recreational area including a massiveTiki Hut, new pool, putting green, giant chess board + fire pit. And the inside is professionally decorated and stunning. We have set the stage for a beautiful vacation experience! Option to heat pool for additional fee seasonally (oct-april).

MAXIMUM STAY: Our maximum stay is 10 days. We do not do extended stays. Sorry.

HOME OVERVIEW:
This unforgettable 3 bedroom + 2 bath home is nestled in a beach residential neighborhood-----a 5 minute drive to the beaches! The open concept of this beautiful home makes it spacious and inviting and the clean, vacation décor gives you something to talk about and a "welcome to the beach" type of feeling. Stream your TV favorites on one of the Smart televisions--there is one in every room of the home as well as in the tiki hut! We provide wifi but no cable package. There is a large kitchen and in addition to the large living room there is also a separate den with a coffee bar! The coffee bar has a Keurig and a mini fridge for your cold beverages. We have another tv above the beverage bar!


OUTSIDE AMENITIES:
Step outside of the dining sliding doors into the heart of this home. In addition to the beautiful dipping pool, there is a huge tiki hut with an outdoor TV and a 4 hole putting green. The dipping POOL has seating around the sides. There is a a large dining table outside, too. You will enjoy the tropical landscaping surrounding these amenities. Head toward the paved pathway and you'll find yourself on another side of the house that offers yet more outdoor amenities! A huge fire pit, gas grill and an oversized chess board (we have oversized checkers too)!


MAXIMUM GUESTS IS TWELVE:
Master Bedroom:. King Bed (sleeps 2)
Guest Bedroom #1: TWO Queen Beds (sleeps 4)
Guest Bedroom #2: TWO Full Beds (sleeps 4)
Upon request we have a foldable memory foam full size guest mattress that sleeps 1-2.


POOL DETAILS: Our pool is professionally cleaned twice every week! The pool is not large--they call it a "cocktail pool". It's 4' deep and has great seating benches around the sides.


OPTION TO HEAT POOL: You have the option for a heated pool at an additional cost. Please contact Host as cost varies depending on time of year and length of stay. This heated option is available Oct-April.


PETS:
Guests must have approval to have a pet in the home. The pet fee of $150 covers up to 2 pets. No cats are permitted.


BABY TRAVEL ITEMS:
We use a local rental service for a pack-n-play for guests, upon request. Due to limited availability, notify host at least 7 days prior to ensure availability with the service company. Their cost for rental and delivery of item is $35. Your Host will return it upon your departure.

Great place for families

Everything was just like the pictures and made it enjoyable for the whole family to find something to do. We enjoyed the small pool and the putting green. The house was great and convenient drive to the beach.

An amazing oasis!

As everyone else in the world it was time for a much needed getaway. It was the perfect place for a family trip. 5min to a beach, great jacuzzi for the nights and days you don't want to go to the beach. The house was beautiful with a great open concept so you could feel together even if you were cooking for the family. The back yard was a fun space for a cook out, and filled with activities for everyone. You can even watch TV in a Tiki. To top it off Stephanie wad such a gracious host. My wife and I will definitely come back with the family again. Loved it!

A family recouping vacation!

This property filled all of our needs!! Several of the beaches were close as well as shopping for those of us that enjoyed it. It wasn’t far from my son in Clearwater. This place was very well laid out. And the tiki area was the best!! We would definitely come back again!!!!

This house was fantastic! The outside was your own oasis with the Tiki hut, hot tub, tv, and cornhole. Our family spent most of the time out there. Inside was very clean and cute. We had one small issue when we arrived (normal issue of owning house), messages Stephanie and fixed within the hour. Very responsive and helpful. Our kids (adult and preteen) loved it and want to book again! Thank you for the great amenities!

Actually nicer than it looks in the listing

It seems impossible, but as nice as this place looks in the listing, it’s even nicer in person. Lots of updates all over the house. The tiki hut over the lanai is a real highlight. The swim spa is great. The meticulously maintained landscaping makes everything very private. The house is located close to the grocery store. It’s a 5-7 minute drive to Gulf Blvd where there are lots of restaurants, John’s Pass, plus access to the beach.

Great place!

Tiki hut was the best. Family gathered there often and played with grand dog. Had plenty of extras for beach and play. Better supply of cooking supplies and serving bowls would have been nice . TVs everywhere. And the decorating was just like pictures-top notch! Nice secluded lot. When you stay at a place like this you hate going to a high rise condo!

The house was beautiful, and outdoor entertainment area was perfect. We had several small children and the house was very accommodating after a quick baby proofing. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything we needed. Madeira beach is a wonderful little destination.

Enclave by the beach

Thanks, Stephanie for letting us use your lovely home. The house is the prettiest on the block. It's tucked into a quiet neighborhood right at the bridge to Madeira Beach. You can walk it if it's cool enough or take a five minute drive to the public parking on the island. During our March visit the cooler nights were perfect for the hot tub. Would stay there again!

St. PETERSBERG

This property was absolutely amazing. The pictures don't even do it justice. The home was extremely clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the swim sauna so much. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this property. The written description is very accurate. You are only 5 to 10 minutes from the beach. The neighbourhood is nice to walk in during the evening time.
